« The cabins were wonderful.I came into town for first aid training and stayed two nights. The owners responded very quickly, gave me all the information that was needed and the pictures reflected the cabin very well. I wish I had more time.\nTo feed the animals as there was food in the cabin for them. I found the bed very comfortable and the bath tub fit me well , i'm 6'2". The hot tub was great, but I was only utilize it one night because I was studying, thank you »

« We LOVED our stay at the Valdi Homestead! It was such a calming, well thought-out cabin, surrounded by such beautiful nature. We had so much fun meeting the farm animals (especially the surprise bonus puppies!). Alex and Vanessa were so welcoming and kind, and truly made us feel so at home. « I am disappointed to share a negative review because there is so much potential for this accommodation which is nestled into a cute cove in Halfmoon Bay. There were three main concerns: 1. Poor Communication The host often took hours to reply, and at one point didn’t reply at all. This was incredibly frustrating when I informed him that the fire alarm was set off after attempting to preheat the oven and make a frozen pizza due to it being so dirty.
