« This place was recommended to us by a friend. Excellent staff and service. The room was clean and great value for price. We did notice the room smelt a bit musty and the floor appeared slightly wet in a few spots, however the overall experience was satisfactory and we would stay here again! »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
« Our room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Staff were very nice and there if you needed anything. The evening desserts were great! Breakfast was not like the photos on the website. More continental style type stuff. Could not stream with my Roku because of how TV was, but, they had DirecTV. »
« We are a family of five. Our oldest is 15, and we don’t fit comfortably in a standard hotel room with two queen beds anymore. We chose this property because of the extra loft beds, but we were pleasantly surprised with all of the other amenities. It was both beautiful and clean! The outdoor area was beautiful with the bistro lights. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pits, and the kids loved the creek behind the property! The lobby was super nice, and offered another space to hang out as well. »

« There is a front and back entrance. I do no not like parking because of the hilly parking areas. My bad knees did not do well getting to my car and getting in and out the car. There could be more handicap parking in the front and back. We did have breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed our room on the fifth floor with a balcony. We also had a jacuzzi in the room which was nice. The decor is victorian style and it was well maintained and clean. There is an outside and inside pool. There is a game...
