« I booked thru Expedia and pre-paid $48 with Expedia points. I had a confirmation # a reservation and shared it with the front desk staff. He denied my confirmation # and my reservation (said it was a mix up). He proceeded to more than doubled the price. I reported this to Expedia, book a different hotel, much more expensive so I could sleep after a long travel day. Expedia asked the hotel manager to refund my $48 he declined. Im seriously considering ending my relationship with Expedia. ...

« The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool. »

« Here's the deal. We drove from Phx, AZ to Lubbock, TX for a family emergency. We didn't need anything fancy, the pics of the website are so deceiving. The beds look just like that but the other pictures must be from a completely different hotel. The floor is nasty, do not walk bare feet. The walls are nasty & very dirty. The bathroom was nasty too, black ring around the toilet, the shower was yellowish like it hasn't been clean. I went to buy products to clean it because I needed to...
