« Pour passer deux nuits, c'est acceptable. Nous regrettons qu'il n'y ait pas de tapis de sol, et de quoi poser nos affaires (vêtements), dans la salle de douche, bien qu'il y ait des porte manteaux fixés à la porte. Egalement, il n'est pas possible de prendre un petit déjeuner le matin, le week-end et les cafés n'ouvrent qu'à 9 h. Pour le confort du lit, je pense qu'il serait bien de mettre une nouvelle literie, on sent les ressors, pas génial pour le dos. »

« Check in could be slightly improved if someone was dedicated solely to the front desk. They seemed a bit rushed off their feet with the event on at the same time. More lighting and grit in the car park would be good too. Because of the event on at the time, it was quite a full car park. Being on my own walking through the dark, slippy car park, I didn't feel the most comfortable. More lighting over signage would be helpful to guide around the car park too. »
