« Ladies up front were super friendly! We had a great time together thanks to y'all! »

« GROSS pool and hot tub. There was very visible algae along the pool floor and hot tub sides. Dirty pool deck. Booked a king room with sleeper sofa. Room was very large. There was sadly hair on a bed pillow and clump on the bathroom floor. No shampoo in dispenser. Staff were friendly and there was ample parking. In spite of this, would NOT recommend. »

« I always pick these type of hotels AKA Holiday Inn Expresses because of their continental breakfast being so phenomenal! This one also had a pool and hot tub which I did not get to use this visit but it was in full operation. The staff was excellent and accommodating me in any of the amenities that I needed through my stay!! I also the location was very easy to get to in comparison to the places I was going to be visiting on this trip. If I could rate this any higher than a five star I would do...

« Hampton Inn dropped the ball at this location. I stay at Hampton Inn frequently and usually get a solid above average stay. Good staff, full buffet and standard room. Not so at this location. The rooms were absolutely bare minimum, not a pen or few pieces of paper in sight. I was with a group of four and one room didn’t even have a coffee maker. The breakfast buffet was pitiful, picked over and didn’t have regular coffee. Other locations have an employee making the rounds, filling urns and bowls...

« No conditioner in shower but did have 2 shampoos. Water in bathroom sink slow and small stream. Cook top burners not together. Otherwise, beds and room was very comfortable. »

« The facility is just not nice enough to think they can change $350 just because there close to Baxter Arena. They advertise a pool table and when you get there the green on the table is completely worn and every single cue stick was crack and taped up except one and that one had no tip on it. That amenity is why we chose there and then it was unusable. Definitely the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You could here everything above you. Even the vacuum being ran at 8 am on a Sat. « We specifically got a room for the night for the hot tub and pool for us and the kids but we just had to stay in the room because the capacity of the pool was Insane! We will not be returning to this specific place our next stay in Omaha »

« The breakfast was fresh they even took requests from long term guests for the following day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend others as well. »

« Room was clean, body wash dispenser was empty but bar soap in room, Goofy TV remote had to point at the lamp instead of the TV to get working. Decent place to stay during busy Berkshire Hathaway weekend. »

« My stay was great! Staff was very accommodating. Only problem was checking in. I was the only one checking in and it took about 30 minutes due to computer issues. They worked diligently and finally got me in my room. Definitely will stay here again! »
