« The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. « I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE! »

« It was nice to have housekeeping come by every morning & every staff that was on shift was always so nice. I felt safe & comfortable staying at this hotel! »

« There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...

« Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there. »

« We arrived a bit after 9:30pm and waited in line to checkin. The front desk clerk was friendly and calmly handled the long line. The main lobby and dining area looked nice. That is where the positive statements end. When you enter the hallway for available rooms and elevators, you are instantly smacked with the foul odor of weed and animals. There are visible spots on the carpet where an animal had relieved themselves. We have three dogs (50-70lbs) at home and were overwhelmed by how bad it...

« Motel très bruyant et peu confortable, chambre avec odeur de tabac froid. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs la nuit. Peu honereux mais ça reste cher pour le rapport qualité / prix. Café "jus de chaussette". Accueil froid et expéditif. Assez loin du centre de Omaha. Compter 21 dollars pour vous rendre dans le centre avec un chauffeur privé. »

« The place smelled like mold, there were roaches, we didn't feel comfortable bringing anything into the hotel. Left at 9pm before even using the room that long because I felt a mouse scurry over my leg. Don't stay here. »

« Parking was fine. I asked for a handicapped room wwhen i made the reservation. We got thereand were told it wasnt available due to flooding in the building. I think they should have emailed or texted me before check-in so i could make other arrangements. There were people in other rooms yelling and screaming then to top things off, the police came to do something about the people yelling and screaming. I wouldn't recommend this place to the devil himself! »

« The common area eating area had a very overwhelming chemical smell. The food Buffett was not very fresh so we did not eat there. »
