« this is the 3rd Citizen M we stayed in. Of the 3 it's the one showing the most 'wear and tear', two lifts were broken during our stay so being in a high rise it was a little time consuming, and there's little bits and pieces everywhere that need a touch up, HOWEVER, that's really the only thing, the staff were all nice and helpful and the room was comfortable as usual. Ive never understood though why citizen M having such cozy common areas, have chosen stark cold white for the bedrooms. »

« A perfect stay in a gorgeous hotel. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The venue decor is fantastic and amenities provided were great. Great location as well for train stations. Will be returning ☺️ »
