Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property is exactly as described and the many 10 of 10 reviews are spot on. Well furnished throughout and Monique is very responsive and helpful. Great internet and TV's and charming golf course location. Highly recommend.

above and beyond, best in La Quinta
I just cannot say enough good things about this condo or about the owner Monique. My wife and I have been coming to La Quinta every year for 8 years (she's been coming for 17+ years for the tennis tournament). We've never encountered an owner as accommodating as Monique or lodgings as nice and well appointed, and we've stayed everywhere between La Quinta and Palm Desert, even in places where we've paid twice as much as here. The pictures tell the story of the views, which are absolutely incredible, but the apartment itself is the treat. Everything is brand new. Beds and furniture are super comfy, and the office room is fantastic, especially as I was working remotely during my stay. Internet router is top of the line, no issues, and there is a working TV in every room, if that's your thing. Living room has an enormous smart TV so you can watch your own Amazon/Netflix/Hulu, etc. Nest thermostat works great, they even have little motion activated floor lights so you don't bump into things when you go to the bathroom at night. They literally thought of everything. The kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need, which was great because we cooked here every night. Monique pinged us to ask if there was anything we needed and I half-jokingly said there is no hand-mixer. She ordered one the same day. Spatulas, tongs, high quality pots and pans, chef knives, nice wine glasses, nice cutlery, plenty of tubberware, wine fridge, you name it, they have it. All the appliances are brand new and work perfectly. I wanted to move in permanently. PGA West itself is stunning... everything is perfectly well manicured, and the citrus trees are out of control this time of year, with dozens of varieties and they are all bursting with juice. They pay pretty high HOA dues here, and it shows. That being said, the other VRBO we stayed in that was also in PGA West, just a few doors down, was nowhere near as nice even though it had similar views and an identical floor plan, so if you think they are all the same, they're not.

Golfers Dream and Pool Hoppers Oasis
Monique does an excellent job communicating and making sure your stay is everything you expected. For the golfer the choice of courses and the view of the 8th hole is the opportunity of pretending to be a pro . For the person looking for a getaway, quiteness and pool time cant pick a better spot with 54 pools to choose from.

Much needed weekend getaway
This was the first trip our family of 4 (plus our dog) took after Covid-19 for a much needed vacation. The place was impeccably clean and very well stocked. Kitchen had all the basics, plenty of extra bedding and towels. Overall the condo was very comfortable. The location was super convenient and the views of the mountains and golf course were amazing! The resort had many pools to choose from. Monique was a very gracious host who made the check in process a breeze. Would definitely come back.

Ideal Work From Home Location - Clean, Sunny and Peaceful Stay!
Wow! I cannot imagine a much better place to work from home. This home is incredibly clean, with beautiful views of mountains and steps away from beautiful roads to walk on. The community feels friendly and safe, and it is easy to socially distance while walking or running in this neighborhood. You may even catch some wildlife on your walk! Do you love sunshine? Sitting on the patio surrounded by hummingbirds, plants and incredible views? This is the place for you! Work from their office, numerous tables, or outside on the chaise lounge in the sunshine. Wifi is great and working in the desert at this home is unbeatable! This home smells and feels clean the moment you walk in. It is cozy too and a week here just leaves you wishing you booked it for longer! Monique is an incredibly friendly and communicative host. She will ensure you have a wonderful stay, and be there to help answer any questions you have. Monique makes this beautiful place feel like a home for your stay!

PGA West Holiday Weekend
I can't say enough about this property and Monique in particular. She is one of the most gracious and "guest experience" oriented owners we have ever encountered. We have rented well over 20 properties over the last 5-10 years and this one was exceptional by all accounts. Very well appointed, greeted us with a chilled bottle of champagne, all of the linens were very clean and well maintained, the cooking accessories were all modern and very well maintained. These details, along with an extensively detailed welcome book for guests really made our experience one to remember. Absolutely a must return on our list. Thank you, Monique. Peaceful PGA Paradise
Perfect first floor condo looking across the golf course towards the Santa Rosa Mountains. Great sunsets on the patio. Great pool and hot tub steps away. Great place. "Turn key" condo with everything you need at your fingertips. The only thing the property manager could not control was the weather. Only got up to 65 degrees on the last day.

Best seats for the PGA Palmer 8th hole.
We spent so much time sitting on the patio of this fantastic condo. We watched the daily parade of golfers as they played the 8th hole. One day we watched a large herd of Bighorn sheep graze the grasses from the T-box all the way to the hole. Another day we filmed a smaller group while we were driving the streets within the complex in the golf cart which was provided to us. The condo was well kept and beautifully appointed with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The master bed was very comfortable. Our hosts Monique and Jason left many easy-to-follow instructions and responded to our questions in a timely manner. We loved it so much that we decided to spend the last two days just hanging out and sitting on the patio.

Great home with a fantastic view!
We loved this location from the moment we walked up. A beautiful home right on the golf course. This home has everything you need and more! There was champagne and snacks waiting for us, compliments of the host. There were even dog treats for our pet! This home is so comfortable and cozy. We loved having our coffee out on the patio and watching the golfers. This location is close to Old Town La Quinta, where you will find restaurants and La Quinta Brewery! Monique, the host, was very responsive and was available for any questions we had. She's the best! We would love to stay again.

Perfect desert getaway!
My family and I headed to the desert for a music festival. This location was perfect for quick access to the venue, relaxing pool options to enjoy the sunshine before the concerts, safety, and a beautiful living space. We hope for another opportunity to stay here if we return for the festival again next year. Monique was attentive to our needs while we were staying in the home, and did a great job with communication about what to expect during our visit and in making sure our visit was comfortable. Could not have wished for more!
From the get-go communication with Monique was exceptional! My stay was for a month. The home was extremely well equipped and the beds/pillows were so comfortable! Did I mention the VIEW? Morning coffee on the patio every morning was a phenomenal experience. I’m already missing it☹️There is honestly not one thing this home lacked. I without hesitation and100% recommend renting this home! That said, and now that the word is out, I hope that I’ll be able to do so—I’m certain that others will find the home as enjoyable as I have and it’ll be booked all the time! I have rented a lot of properties through VRBO, but this was one of the best! Monique has thought of everything for a guest to be comfortable. Condo is thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. Absolutely beautiful. I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property and lovely host.
We loved staying here! The location in La Quinta was excellent. The home was quiet and safe and the gated neighborhood is very secure. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We did not do any cooking or grilling there, but the kitchen seemed very well appointed. There were ample towels for the bath and for the pool. The linens on the bed were very nice. The pool and hot tub area was only 25 yards from the house and it was never crowded. We played pickleball at the nearby public park and played lots of golf at PGA west and other nearby courses. We will definitely book this place again for future trips to La Quinta!!!!!

Family Desert Getaway
We stayed here for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament which was a 20 minute drive. Staying here was the best choice we made. Absolutely gorgeous setting inside the PGA West resort, and the home itself even more so. Every detail attended to, beautiful yet cozy furnishings with pristine carpeting in the rooms where you want it, excellent beds & showers, nice kitchen & bar area, incredible views of fairway & mountains from living area and a large well-equipped patio. We had wonderful breakfasts & cocktail hours, and one night ate in with take-out— no cooking on vacation!! We swam, hot-tubbed ( pool was super close by), and walked all over the resort, including a fun meet-up with grazing big horn sheep. But most importantly, our host Monique made everything easy and relaxing with great communication, thorough & detailed instructions making everything easy & non-stressful, concern for our experience and much-appreciated flexibility in our departure time. She really is the BEST host I’ve ever dealt with on VRBO. We hope to come again next year!!

Comfortable Condo with Beautiful Mountain Views
A nicely equipped, spacious and comfortably furnished condo that is well organized for guests. We really enjoyed the mountain and fairway views from the living room, dining area and patio. The neighborhood is great for walking, with minimal traffic and wide streets and a short drive to Ralph's and several restaurants. All made for a very enjoyable stay.

Monique's home is simply wonderful. While beautiful with incredible touches of elegance, it's also super comfy and livable. Sadly we were only there for two nights, but hardly wanted to the property as sitting out back staring at the mountains was so enjoyable! Two California king beds were much appreciated, fully stocked kitchen, cozy family/living room, and it was all decked out for Christmas which we loved! Would've loved to stay for a month...some day!

Beautiful condo in lovely neighborhood
Our family (4 adults) stayed in Monique's condo for 5 nights and were sorry to leave it! It is a gem of a place, beautifully decorated with every household item we would ever need. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks that she thoughtfully left for us. The unit is on the golf course with spectacular near views of the mountains and palm trees, of course. The condo is very quiet and relaxing. Monique is an excellent communicator, sharing details about the house and area that made our stay easy. We'd certainly stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here during the Powertrip music festival. If offered us so much more than just a hotel, with a full living room and kitchen, and so much space. Fabulous Place to stay!
Monique was an awesome host, always responded promptly. Her vacation home was the best Rental place we have stayed in the US. The home was exactly like the listing, beautiful and clean. Everything you need and more is available to use. She even has a docking station for all your electronics samsung, apple and google charges. Pool just steps away. Beds and pillows comfy with beautiful bedding. Don't hesitate to stay here you will love it! We will be back one day

Myself, Cousin & Niece of a Pup had the pleasure to call Oakhill our home for 31days! Monique has the place set up like a vacation resort with every convenience you could ever need, not only for short but also for long term stays. After full days of work, we were ready to play exploring the beauty PGA West affords from many pools and hot tubs to patio BBQ dinners while absorbing the Mountain View. And after eating like queens at home or indulging in the many restaurants Coachella Valley has to offer, night walks were part of our routine with amazing views and manicured grounds before slumbering in our plush beds. Experience the best of Desert Living. Monique’s place is truly a 5 star resort home where she makes you feel like Ohana. Stay once and you’ll be ready to join the return guest list!

Our stay was very enjoyable at this property. We rent houses frequently on our getaways and this house was the most practical and well equipped by far. What was really unique and we loved, was seeing the big horn sheep!! What a treat! We also loved to just sit on the patio with a glass of wine and watch the golfers. Having the second private patio off the bedroom was great for reading. It is a beautiful and well laid out condo and so much better than a hotel room. Every morning we could just make coffee and enjoy it without having to go out and get it or call room service. It was a perfect place!

Five stars x 2 = 10!
This was our first time at Monique‘a condo but not our first at PGA West. Her condo is by far the best we have stayed at! She made it so easy to navigate the condo and it has everything you need except your personal belongings and groceries. She also provided bowls and treats for your pup! She was readily available via email to answer any questions you might have. The trick to the condo is to make sure you read the yellow book and all the hints she has provided for you. Simply Stunning & Panoramic Views and the BEST host one could ever!
I absolutely loved this home, so majestic and relaxing. Not to mention quiet and tranquil, the views are simply stunning. I’m so happy I chose this specific condo to stay at in La Quinta. Can’t thank the owner Monique enough for allowing us to stay in her beautiful home. Her attention to detail makes this condo a home and communication with us was impeccable and an absolute joy to deal with, she’s absolutely the BEST host hands down! You will NOT be disappointed in choosing this property. I know I plan on returning in the future! 🤩👏👍😎

I want to own this place!
Truly amazing property in every way. The view, the cleanliness of the unit, all of the thoughtful amenities -- wine/champagne on arrival, cell phones chargers, "Ask Google" machines in every corner of the house, not to mention, Monique has to be the poster child for what a host should be. Superb spot for a vacay!
In terms of a family vacation, this place was perfect. We had a wonderful stay at this condo, which was spotless, warm, and provided the most comfortable beds. What a wonderful hostess Monique is! She keeps you informed and in the know during your stay, so you'll never be at a loss for what to do next. Over all, we had a wonderful stay; we are big fans of PGA West, its pools, and the general sense of calm we had here. We are definitely coming back!

Wonderful!!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this lovely condo. It will be our new favorite place to rent in beautiful PGA West and exceeded our expectations in every way. You won't be disappointed. The condo is on a beautiful part of the Palmer course with an amazing view of the mountains at sunset and sunrise. The home was extremely clean and well maintained, kitchen fully stocked with all the items you need, and the beds super comfy! All the appliances were in great working order, furniture clean, and everything just felt seemless. We could not have asked for a better experience with Monique who was helpful, responsive, and a delight to rent from. We'll be back!

Five Star PGA West Experience
From start to finish, we had a great experience at Monique's home. Monique was in touch from pre-trip to check-out, making check-in/check-out seamless and easy. Her home is spotless, super comfortable, and offers amazing views from the living areas inside, and from the patios where we enjoyed many meals and happy hours. The home is exceptionally well-stocked for days spent enjoying all that PGA West offers, and also conveniently located to Coachella Valley restaurants and attractions, as well as Joshua Tree National Park. We will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

Exactly What We Needed!
The townhouse was beautiful, the view out to the golf course with the mountains beyond was stunning, everything was clean, and the property was exactly as described in the rental description. Monique was responsive to all our needs and even reached out several weeks before our rental began. This is an excellent place to take a vacation, do some golfing, or just relax.

Exceptional experience
PGA West is a beautiful secure golf resort. Monique’s condo is above expectations. The condo is immaculate, comfortable and fully stocked. The views are amazing and the neighbors are great. Looking forward to a return visit.

Paradise in La Quinta!
We loved everything about this property. THE VIEW! is amazing, PGA West is a lovely, quiet spot and the home was perfect. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, the living room so comfortable to watch tv and enjoy the view of the mountains at the same time. Monique is the most incredible hostess. Extremely communicative and gracious. My husband played golf everyday we were there (2 weeks)! Loved Ernie's retaurant down the road. So nice to have a dog friendly spot so the whole family could be with us for Thanksgiving. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic stay!
We absolutely loved Monique’s home and her communication was wonderful. The home was stunning and immaculate. In addition, it had super comfortable beds, a great kitchen, and everything we needed for a great stay. Our dogs loved the back yard, and we loved the view! We cannot wait to come back!

Monique’s home is comfortable, clean and well equipped. She is remarkably gracious and responsive. The PGA West enclave is very relaxing, with palm trees, pools and golf courses in abundance. We had a great experience at the classy Spa La Quinta, and I did play the Greg Norman course. But we especially enjoyed watching the glowing sunrise on the mountains from the back porch.

This property felt like home...only better! The property was extremely clean with great amenities! Located inside the PGA West gated community, it offers great golf course and mountain views! I would highly recommend this home for your next getaway and Monique is a fabulous host!!!

Best lil gem on PGA West! Condo was spotless, organized-immaculate and so welcoming! The owner, Monique is the best! She makes you feel so comfortable and is always available if you need anything. One of the my favorites, her attention to detail. Loved the yellow welcome book ~ shares all you need, and more! Lastly, we were able to take our fur baby with us 🐶. Cannot wait to visit again soon.

We actually booked Monique’s place last minute due to a cancellation the day before our trip!! Monique was a very kind host and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Her home was clean and beautiful! With added details like a bottle of champagne and popsicles in the freezer waiting for us when we arrived. She was very gracious giving us an early check in! We will definitely book here again next time we stay in La Quinta which we do often! We can’t say enough good things!

An AMAZING place (beautiful, clean, fully stocked) with an even more amazing hostess!
This place is literally perfect! I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after our wonderful stay in La Quinta at Monique's great home! The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is impeccably clean - VERY VERY clean with a comfortable layout and plenty of space. Our family of 5 fit perfectly with space to spare. Monique was a pure pleasure to communicate with and was always available and helped us tremendously with her great trip advice. She even stashed a fresh box of ice pops in the freezer for when we arrived - our kids were thrilled! I can't tell you enough how comfortable, spacious, CLEAN, and well-stocked this home is. Monique thought of everything from snacks and cold water bottles when you first arrive to plenty of paper goods, extra linens, and even pool toys! There were very detailed instructions for how to use the TV, blinds, etc. We will definitely visit again!
