With crystal clear waters, pristine beaches, air so pure that lichen freely grows, the unpolluted Atlantic starscape is unforgettable. Fuerteventura is the ideal location for our Spa Villa, activities such as 1- 1 surfing, horse riding, golf, personal training & masseur. Robes and slippers are provided for use with the large steam room and 25+ degree heated pool.
Three bedrooms are smoke free and one bedroom is smoke tolerated.
The villa is climate controlled throughout, Sonos Smart Speakers, 4 flat screens showing Netflix.
All bedlinen is Peter Reed Egyptian Cotton with Hungarian Goosedown Pillows.
All towels are Egyptian Cotton.
Beach towels are provided.
Bathrobes and Slippers by The White Company.
All bathroom taps are Vola.
The expansive kitchen has all the best appliances - Sub Zero Fridge / Freezer with Automatic Ice, Purified Water on tap + Juicer + Thermador Hob, Krups Coffee Maker, Juicer and Citrus Press, plus Washer/Dryer.
One of the architectural features of the villa is the central courtyard with its North African Palm. The mature tropical garden has bananas, dates, figs, lemons, pink peppercorns, chillies, basil and Aloe Vera - one of the best known plants for skin and health. The smooth running of the spa villa comes courtesy of the in-house team - housekeeper, gardeners, pool cleaner & technicians.
Notes: Guests are normally welcomed from 15.00 onwards and are expected to vacate by 10.00 on day of departure.
Should any additional guests to the number booked plan to stay at the villa, please advise us in advance as we will need to prepare extra linen for rooms.
The fully heated swimming pool is 10m by 3m, and approx 1.2m deep.
All bed linen and bath towels are replaced after seven nights, based on a 2 week stay.
A deposit / bond against loss / damage will be required in advance, this can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and returned by the HomeAway Payment system once you have departed. Children 13 + welcomed, no more than 2 minors in any booking.

Parfait pour confort, tranquillité et visite nord de Fuerteventura

Belle demeure avec de grandes surfaces et beaux volumes à proximité (15 minutes en voiture) de Corralejo, de ses plages ainsi que de celles d'El Cotillo. La maison est parfaite et très bien équipée pour huit personnes avec quatre grandes chambres et salles de bains. Tout le nécessaire est fourni. Belle piscine chauffée entourée d'un jardin luxuriant, de grandes terrasses aménagées et même hammam pour les amateurs. La propriétaire est toujours joignable et disponible. Si nous revenons à Fuerteventura, nous ne manquerons pas de séjourner à Casa verde.

The villa itself was truly lovely – well-maintained, comfortable, and a perfect setting for our vacation. However, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the disappointing attitude and behavior of the host.From the outset, communication felt strained. Simple questions regarding local amenities and transport, such as where to find a taxi or local recommendations, were met with what felt like rude remarks and patronizing tones. This made us feel silly for even asking, creating an unnecessary barrier to enjoying our trip and exploring the local area.This lack of helpfulness, combined with the condescending communication, unfortunately, caused us undue stress. It ultimately led us to hire a rental car which, in hindsight, we wouldn't have needed if we had received the proper assistance and guidance from the host we expected. We hope that future guests will have a more positive experience with the host, allowing the beauty of the villa to truly shine through.

Fantastic house with a beautiful garden. The kitchen is a dream for those who enjoy healthy eating, cooking, and socializing. Good-quality knives, pans, utensils, an electric juicer, an immersion blender, a slow juicer, and a very large refrigerator and freezer. Every room has air conditioning. Communication with Naomi was fantastic. Midweek, someone came to clean the pool, change towels, and mop the kitchen. The house is located in a nice, quiet area, but there's a supermarket and a few excellent restaurants. El Cortillo is an 18-minute drive away, and the touristy Corralejo is a 15-minute drive away. We'd love to come back again.

Casa Verde

I highly recommend Casa Verde. I had a wonderful week-long break there. The house is fully equipped with everything you need.The pool is fantastic, and the garden isbeautifully landscaped.You have 100 percent privacy both inside and outside. Traumhaus in schöner ruhiger Lage

Super ausgestattetes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit jeglichen Annehmlichkeiten (Entsafter/ Orangenpresse u.a. in der Küche, wir vermissten lediglich Abstellfläche für nicht im Kühlschrank zu lagernde Ware und eine Salatschleuder), welches zudem über einen tollen riesigen Garten mit Pool verfügt. Der Kontakt mit Naomi war erstklassig- jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt.Leider hatten wir recht kaltes, bewölktes und windiges Wetter, so dass wir Pool und Garten/ Terrasse nur an 2 Tagen überhaupt zum Schwimmen/ Sonnen oder Essen im Freien nutzen konnten. Pool und Haus empfanden wir trotz Beheizung/ Beheizbarkeit eher als kühl, was im Sommer bei heißen Temperaturen vermutlich perfekt ist. So verbrachten wir jedoch recht wenig Zeit im Haus und verlagerten uns auf Ausflüge, zumal die Klapptische am Küchentisch für meinen Geschmack/ Rücken nicht wirklich gemütlich sind. Der Hamam war umso toller! Ob man das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angesichts der stark wetterabhängigen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten als angemessen erachtet, muss jeder selber entscheiden.

Wonderful again

It was our fourth stay in Villaverde and more than worth it again. We concentrated on the local area and the villa is the ideal spot for that. The interior is immaculate, the pool nice and warm also for colder days and Naomi welcoming and caring as ever. Would came back for sure.

Amazing villa and location

Stayed for 9 nights. Communication with Naomi was fantastic from the onset. All questions responded to, excellent easy check in and allowed us to check in and out with the times that suited our flights which goes above and beyond any previous villas we have rented. The villa itself is in an amazing location, away from the touristy hotspots and located in a very quiet area. The villa was sparkly clean, very comfortable beds and the villa has everything you could ever wish for. Special little touches like oranges left to make your own orange juice with the juicer is a great idea. The pool heated to a lovely temperature. A cleaner popped In twice over our stay and gave a little spruce of the property and pool which again is a great idea and previous villas we have rented have never included that. We really could not fault this villa, or its location. We loved it, plus it had some amazing local restaurants within walking distance which is an added bonus. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location

Four double bedrooms, a large pool, beautifully furnished and very clean, faultless! The location is quiet, amongst other villas but 2 restaurants and a mini market (and best bakery on the island) are 5 mins walk. About 5 other restaurants within 10 mins walk, but a fantastic open grill on the oven is great to bbq. Huge upper sun terrace, and poolside terrace, this place is even better than the pictures, we hope to be returning soon. Thank you Naomi.

Peace and quiet but walking distance to so much

The house is very thoughtfully designed and has an air of calm and quiet both inside and out. We were all a little weary and the weather was unkind at points but we had such a relaxing time. The beds are very comfortable, the whole house smelt deliciously herbal like a spa. Villaverde is a great place both as a base and a destination. There are lots of nice places to eat in walking distance and the bakery is lovely for breakfast. There are great places to eat in el cotillo and lejares and lots of independent shops selling beautiful things, all within a 10 minute drive. The pool was warm enough, whatever the weather, and long enough to swim properly. We had a lovely lazy rejuvenating time. Thank you so much. I would definitely book again.

Third Stay

This was our third stay at Casa Verde and the Standard was as high as it was used to be. Fabulous kitchen with additional devices to create your own vegetable juices. Outdoor surrounding kept lush and green, indoor very tidy yet also very homely. We hope to come back in the near Future.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben zum Jahreswechsel 2023/2024 8 Nächte kn der Vasa Verde verbracht und waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert und die Abreise ist uns wirklich schwer gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und bietet viel Platz und ein hohes Mass an Privatsphäre. Der Innenhof mit dem grossen Pool und dem sehr schönen Garten ist gut vor fremden Blicken geschützt und die Küche ist besser ausgestattet als unsere eigene und hat sogar eine Trinkwasserfilteranlage, was wir sehr gut fanden, weil wir so auf abgefülltes Wasser verzichten konnten. Insgesamt macht das Haus den Eindruck, dass es bewohnt ist (im Gegensatz zu manch anderem Ferienhaus), was einem sofort eine Art Gefühl von zu Hause vermittelt. Von der Dachterasse aus kann man das Meer, Corralejo, Lobos und ein Stück von Lanzarote sehen. Und natürlich den Sternenhimmel. Villa Verde hat uns auch gut gefallen. Hat genug Restaurants im Ort, die alle gut und besser als die in Corralejo sind. Wir würden die Casa Verde jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a two week break at Casa Verde in July 22. The villa has everything you might need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed chilling out around the pool surrounded by the beautiful private garden. The owner was great; very responsive to queries and gave us recommendations of places to eat. Nearby there are several v good restaurants (La Villa was our favourite) and a super bakery just a few minutes walk away where you can also have breakfast and lunch. There are two small supermarkets in the village and larger ones in Corralejo which are open on a Sunday.

Casa Verde is a beautiful villa and Naomi is an amazingly helpful host who is extremely responsive to every query you could have. Very nice villa

Very nice villa in a quiet neighborhood, very well kept and modern yet warm interiors. Large terasse with views until lanzarote. Pool is large and very well heated which came just right because of low temperature and windy days during our stay. Nice cafe and good restaurants give extra benefit. Would come back for sure.

Estupenda estancia.

La casa corresponde a lo descrito en el anuncio. Está situada en una zona tranquila de Villaverde. Tiene todo lo que se precisa para una estancia excelente, incluida la climatización en caso de que haga calor en verano o fresco en el invierno. Todas las comodidades. Fabulous holiday!

We spent a very happy week at this beautiful villa in Villaverde. Communications with Naomi were very easy and she went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed before we arrived. The property itself is exceptional. Very spacious, fabulous pool area and terraces. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to cook in. The local area is nice and quiet but walking distance to some lovely restaurants and a great bakery which was very handy. The property is within 15-20 mins drive of several fantastic beach areas and only about 30 mins from the airport. I would recommend hiring a car unless you want to spend more time relaxing around the pool... which is also an attractive option! We hope to return soon.
