The Space:

Soft ocean breezes drift through the balcony as you sip coffee and listen to the gentle rhythm of the waves along the Pacific coast. Whether you start your morning with a walk along the beach or unwind by the pool at sunset, each moment feels easy and unhurried.

The Space This entire condo accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms, three beds, and two bathrooms. Inside, the atmosphere is quiet and inviting, offering a comfortable space where you can relax after a day by the water. Cleanliness is guaranteed upon arrival, and thoughtful touches throughout create a calm environment for rest and connection. Air conditioning keeps the rooms cool, while the soft cotton bed linens and well-arranged furniture make you feel at home. A dedicated workspace and reliable wifi ensure you can stay connected if needed.

Kitchen & Dining Prepare favorite meals in the kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, blender, and all necessary dishes and silverware. There’s space to cook and share meals together, whether you’re trying local ingredients or making something simple to enjoy on the balcony.

Outdoor Living Step outside to a private balcony furnished for relaxation. Guests have shared access to a pool and nearby beach, offering the freedom to swim, read, or simply enjoy the coastal air. Resort facilities are also available for use, adding more opportunities for leisure and comfort throughout your stay. Free parking is provided on the premises and nearby streets, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Amenities & Essentials The condo includes a TV for downtime, closet storage for clothing, and a carbon monoxide alarm for safety. Please note that certain amenities, including a washer, hair dryer, essentials, smoke alarm, shampoo, and heating, are unavailable. The building has an elevator with accessible dimensions for ease of movement.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.

-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.





-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.

Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
