« My wife and I were impressed when we got out of the taxi and into the lobby. The 24 hr door service is nice to have. The room was very clean. Had a view of the ocean. No AC but fans throughout on the ceilings. The rooftop pool was under construction for another month I think it will be done in June. I could maybe throw a rock from the balcony and hit the beach that’s how close it is. Also in a great location you can walk to all of the parts of PV. We plan to come back if we can find this booking...

The pool is clean and heated just enough! I didn't expect the room to be as big as it was and the king size bed is also very confortable. We will definitly be back :) »

« We would give this beautiful place more than 5 stars of we could. We spent a week visiting with other family and were blown away by the views and location. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and two kids to spread out and relax. John was great to work with and his condominium is incredibly stocked with everything you could need. Housekeeping was also polite and thorough. Puerto Vallarta has always been one of my favorite spots and we cannot wait to visit and stay in this...

So I will make sure to add in some things that weren’t perfect so you know this place really is the real deal. We were looking for someplace that was quiet and relaxing but “fun adjacent” and Sayan Beach fit the bill. It was like being at a resort with all the beautiful, well-maintained amenities and exceptional service. With pools on the roof and the ground floor, you have a choice on how to cool off....
