Canuva Lux is a boutique building of just 22 units in the quaint fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle — 50 steps from the beach, the marina, and the famous Sunday farmers and fish market. The pedestrian boulevard on Lázaro Cárdenas puts the best restaurants, cafés, and the weekly market right at your doorstep.
Puerto Vallarta International Airport is 25 minutes away. Bucerias is 10 minutes. Punta Mita is 20 minutes.

— A signed copy of the building's Rules & Regulations for Renters is required at check-in.
— BBQ grill available — please leave it clean after use or a $50 USD cleaning fee applies.
