The Space:

Welcome to a spacious 1,500 sq. ft. (140 m²) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat made for relaxed coastal stays. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath, and walk-in closet, while the second offers two matrimonial beds, a workspace, and access to the second bathroom. Guests often highlight the condo’s cleanliness, comfort, and generous space.



The open living area is ideal for families or friends, with a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home and a private laundry area for added convenience. Large doors connect the living room to the covered terrace and tropical surroundings.



Outside, enjoy your private mini-pool with hydromassage jets, perfect for cooling off after the beach or shared pools. It is unheated and is not a hot-water Jacuzzi. Beyond the condo, lush gardens, winding water features, five pools, and a peaceful beach create the relaxing atmosphere guests consistently praise.



Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to the full 2-bedroom condo and covered terrace with mini-pool.



Guests can also enjoy five shared pools, landscaped grounds, the beach club, beach access, restaurant, and cocktail lounge.



The on-site concierge can assist with kayaks, paddleboards, massages, and private chef arrangements. Some services require reservations or extra fees.



The gym and tennis courts are not available. Restaurant and bar purchases may be charged through the on-site system where available.



The Neighborhood:

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere with a working marina, seafood market, restaurants, live music, and a popular Sunday market in the winter months featuring local food and artisans.



Guests enjoy having a peaceful retreat while staying close to town and the surrounding Riviera Nayarit. Bucerías, Punta de Mita, Sayulita, and Puerto Vallarta are within reach for day trips, dining, shopping, and beach outings.



For a more local experience, visit the marina and seafood market for fresh catch and casual dining.



Getting Around:

Parts of La Cruz can be reached on foot, including along the beach when conditions allow. The marina, seafood market, restaurants, and local attractions are close enough for an easy outing.



For evenings, longer trips, or visits to nearby towns, taxis or a rental car are the easiest options.



Other Things to Note:

This is a peaceful residential vacation property. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited.



The terrace mini-pool has hydromassage jets. It is unheated and should not be confused with a hot-water Jacuzzi.



Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.



A MXN $3,000 pesos security deposit is required at check-in by the condominium administration, either in cash or through the accepted on-site payment method. It covers possible penalties for violations of the community’s Code of Conduct and is returned if no penalties are incurred.



Some amenities and services are independently operated and may have separate schedules, rules, reservations, or fees.
