The room, the decor and the sheer feeling of being in a building that has been magnificently updated made my experience magical and wonderful.of course all of the beautiful people who work at this venerable hotel are phenomenal and make me hope to return one day! »

« Très bien situé. Près de tout à pieds (restaurants, boutiques, bars sportifs, tramway gratuit, pharmacie, T-Mobile center, etc)
Personnel sympathique surtout Miss Piggy qui s’occupe des déjeuners et qui est très drôle et accueillante.
Bon déjeuner jusqu’à 10 h
Grande chambre avec bon rideau opacte.
Immeuble est un peu vieux (bain avec douche) mais bien entretenu.
Immeuble est situé à proximité du poste de police donc un peu plus de sirènes. »

« In town for a concert - great walking distance to the T Mobile Center - super cute little dive bar around the corner. Not super impressed with the bartender at the hotel - we sat there for over 30 minutes and she waited on everyone but us. hotel was clean and rest of staff was super friendly »

« The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. »

« I booked 2 rooms. 1 had a musty odor, which im the only one it bothered, and the other smelled fabulous, so i got that one 😁 outside of that everything was perfect. It was a family weekend and the location was perfect with amenities suiting 65 yo to 2 yo. We didn't have to drive anywhere. « Tres décevant. Cet hotel est surévalué par les avis des clients. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. La piscine est ridiculement petite, une patogeoire pour bébés ! L'odeur dans les chambres est désagréable, une moquette au sol pleines de grosses tâches. Des toilettes où seul, vous pouvez vous trouver enfermé !!!! Le petit-déjeuner est sympa.
