Central, moderne , avec conciergerie.
Quatre jours à Kyoto en famille. Cet appart hôtel était parfait , avec un grand lit pour les parents et un espace fuyons japonais pour les filles qui ont adoré ça. Tout est très propre et fonctionnel. Un gros plus: une vraie réception de 7h à 23h , quia. Si nous SDAN rR pour faire marcher la machine à laver de notre chambre. Bien situé à à peine 5 mn à pied d’une station à l’embranchement des 2 lignes de métro. Pour le petit dej plusieurs café qui propsoe des formules breakfast (café jus orange toast et œuf. Au coin de la rue une supérette ouverte 24/24. Franchement. On ne peut pas faire mieux. Le quartier n’est pas à animé mais on est deux stations de métro de la gare centrale donc des trains locaux pour les temples excentrés (ou Nara) et du bus 100 pour rejoindre le quartier de Gion. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Comme dans tous les agité japonais tout est fourni: brosse à dent ,rasoirs , Vrai sèche cheveux...

Mimaru is an excellent place to stay in Kyoto. It is only three subway stops from Kyoto Stdtion and it is in a very quiet area. It has exceptional amenities and our room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. There is a Family Mart about 30m from the front entrance. Highly recommended.

Very nice place, friendly staff and great location. The only weird thing is that the windows have the privacy stickers on them, so you cannot see things out and you don't have full natural light going through. If you care about that you should request a room looking at the front street as those windows are not obscured.

We had a great experience from checkin to check out. Location was fantastic, a short walk to Gion district. The service was great. They even put all of our luggage from Yamato shipping into our room before we checked in. Alice at the front desk was especially helpful. We are now in Osaka at another Mimaru property

Conveniently located within walking distance to major subway line & bus stops, but nicely tucked in a quiet interior street. Close to Family Mart convenience store. Many interesting dining places & options in the locality. Clean, ample spaced, and with a washer-dryer too. Staff are friendly and English proficient (most staff are foreigners too). The area is pretty safe, as in most of Japan. We did not see any suspicious beings, urban blight, or such. Local area is a nice community, and the houses one passes by are humble, but maintained well. Streets are clean with nary a litter.

The property was near by local markets and restaurants. We were able to walk to different locations and felt safe doing so. Staff was nice, friendly and welcoming.

The staff and the company has gone above and beyond to make you feel at home. One of the front desk crew members walked with my wife to a nearby restaurant to help getting a reservation. Another staff member ran looking for us after we had left the hotel to get lunch, to confirm an extension for our stay. To keep the review short, every interaction we had with their staff was beyond expectations. I work in the travel industry and this was truly a legendary experience.

very nice and spacious hotel- would definitely recommend for a family or a party of three or more. the staff were so friendly & helped us to call a taxi. they also offered umbrellas for us to borrow when it was pouring out, and i believe they rent out bicycles as well. a bit of a walk from the hustle and bustle of the main roads, but if you prefer that, this would be perfect. would love to stay here again in the future!

This is a great budget option for families. The washer/dryer in the room was a big plus for us. The apartment was a little tight for a family of four (two teenagers) but perfectly fine given how little time we spent at the hotel.

Very comfortable, modern, and clean. Super kind and helpful staff fluent in English. Great for families. Walkable to many restaurants. The only thing to note is you only get a full room cleaning (making beds, vacuuming, etc) on the 4th night of your stay. Other than that, the daily service just includes trash removal and replacing towels/toilet paper. We would definitely choose this venue if we return!

It was a good place and had many options for food.The interior was very spacious and it was family friendly. It had lots of amenities and it was cleaned and had a kitchen with all the other necessities. It was a excellent stay.
