Great place to stay!
Great stay! The location is amzing close to the famous avenue. You have a small shop to buy everything you need nearby and the people in the hotel are very nice. I strongly recommand it.

Nice apartment-big room-center of Kiev.
One word... wow! I really liked this apartment. First the reception isn't that difficult to find, as I read here and there... just follow the signs, it is clearly indicated. Then, about the courtyard... I was a bit concerned reading the other reviews but, really, this is absolutely fine. You see the building is old but, hey, this is Kiev, not Disneyland...! And I have to say it has its own charm. I didn't use the elevator so I can't talk about it. I was staying in the studio T3, and, really, for the price, it was perfect! The room is big and super clean. The bathroom is amazing, almost as big as the room! And there is a WORKING balneo bathtub. Very nice. I didn't use them, but there are every things you need to cook too. Very comfortable bed and incredible decoration. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is soundproofing, but I know I am very sensitive on this point. Also a handle in the tub to help getting out after the relaxing bath :). Location is perfect, right in the center. I'll be back to Kiev in November and just want to ask for the same room.

Parfait Appart-Hotel. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Très chouette endroit. La chambre était très agréable, belle salle de bains et beaucoup d’espace. L'emplacement est super, à une rue de l'avenue principale. Seul inconvénient est que la réception est difficile à trouver.

Ne craignez rien! Quand vous arrivez dans la cour, il se peut que vous subissiez un sentiment de rejet... cela n'a RIEN à voir avec un appartement luxueux... Tout d'abord, il faut savoir que l'appartement réservé était COMPLETEMENT différent de la description (jacuzzi, 30m2, DVD, 2 pièces, matelas Tempur...). Rien n'était correct. De plus, la cour était sordide, et la montée à l'étage encore plus (ascenseur 1place en panne). Après discussion, le réceptionniste a reconnu les faits, et a proposé de rembourer 40% du prix. J'attends. Mais ce n'était pas le but de mon choix!! Points positifs: l'emplacement, le confort relatif, la relative modernité de la chambre, la tranquilité. Négatif: l'environnement, la "tromperie" ou déception, l'exiguité de la sdb. En résumé: mitité positif

It’s not really boutique hotel, more like houtige room in old building. On arrival there was nobody at reception and after calling a while later someone came an rudely showed us to our room. Garbage bags on the floor in front of room door was a put off. Inside room was nice. We had power failure and after calling the reactions was “what do want us to do, it will come one some time today…..” we were due to check out in a few hours and was without light and power. The entrance is right next to migration office and have to jump that que to get to entrance door. Not good enough. Try something else instead, we will choose another place next time.

Мой любимый отель в Киеве, номера с просто шикарным дизайном, чувствуешь себя во дворце. Есть все- кухня с приборами и посудой, стиральная машинка. Супер удобная кровать. О персонале хочу сказать отдельно - лучшие, помогут в любой ситуации, очень благодарна им за отношение и понимание

The room and bathroom were very spacious and beautiful. Everything was really nice, clean and tidy. Also location was great, not too far from the main places to visit around the center. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Worst hotel ever
Worst Hotel i've stayed at in my life, apartment through a dark alleyway and down an unpaved road , up stairs that stank of mold , an elevator that was from the old ages that most of the time didnt work so had to walk up the stairs , the apartment was not as the pictures shown , television didnt work, airconditining leaked , safe had no key , no coffee or tea . The reception is in a separate building that you have to remember a code to enter if i hadnt payed in advance i would have left and gone somewhere else . A hostel would have been better

Better than expected
The impression when we arrived was better than we expected, We had Luxury Apartment A2, it was really spacious, really really clean, furnitures are superb quality, that is not the cheap ones from ikea, but real wood. Everything like in the description. Perfect location, just 1 minute walk from underground entrance, and in walking distance to all major attractions. The only drawback is that the room is just behind the reception, hoverer it is quite good soundproofed, but still you can hear if someone is checking in or entering the area. Also windows face the yard, where especially at weekends there is a spot for people who drink and speak loudly.

Очень уютный, светлый, тёплый номер. Удобная кровать, в номере есть кухня, мини холодильник, посуда. Отличная локация отеля, в пешей доступности от самого центра города. Есть только одно замечание по уборке - недостаточно чисто, под шкафчиком в ванной очень много грязи

Dear madam/sir, Please note it is a cruel to give false information. Even it is only a review on the website you need to be fair. We do not know what hidden motives you have, but it is offensive to see this. We do have hot water and of course we changed towels daily and the bed sheet are changing every 3 nights.

Fin och ren lägenhet belägen centralt i Kiev. Personalen kunde knappt engelska och när vi skulle checka ut fanns ingen i receptionen varför vi fick skriva en lapp om att vi behövde åka till flygplatsen.

Convenient location close to metro and walkable to downtown and many cafes and restaurants. The view was terrible, old building across was under construction with broken windows and the courtyard filled with people loitering around. A little strange, but okay experience.

The apartment hotel is centrally located. Next to it there are plenty of eateries and sights for u to see. The room is massive. The style is classic. Nothing for me to wow about. Pricing is reasonable. They don't seem to tidy your room or provide bottles of water. Reception is not friendly some with limited English.
