Indeed, Expedia Premium VIP members are entitled for a room upgrade UPON hotel availability. Hope you will grant us a chance to welcome you again in Radisson Blu Hotel Kyiv City Centre and we will be able to provide you a room upgarde upon hotel availability. Also, for you to be fully equipped with information on your next stay, I would like to share with you that our cleaning team is taking care of our guests' rooms from 9 am till 5 pm and that day your room was still on the list at 3pm. If you would like your room to be cleaned within the exact time frames most suitable for you, just let reception team know, and be sure that our housekeeping ladies will do their best and your room will be cleaned precisely at that very time you will indicate within the mentioned time frames. If you are interested in gym workouts, we have temporary gym rooms located on the 1st floor in our conference area while our new gym area in under reconstruction. Due to the Covid-19 restriction we have emptied minibar in the rooms as a precaution measurement, but all our guests are able to buy any item from it in anytime at the reception desk.
