Nice place to stay outside of downtown for 1 or 2 nights…some good restaurants in the area, for downtown and good attractions you need a taxi or the subway, not at walking distance

Great place to stay. A three minute walk from the Metro station. The station is five stops away from the center of takes about 10 minutes. Everything is great and is plenty of things to do. I definitely would recommend it.

It was great for what I wanted, cheap place to stay in Kyiv. Clean, comfortable, tidy & great staff, 1 min from the Metro. If you're looking for a love nest for a romantic break, this probably isn't the place but good affordable lodging then you've got it here.

I guess it's Ok for the price... Kind of?
The hotel is supposedly 3-star, but it felt just like Motel 6. The location is OK. Apparently, if you ask the front desk for anything (e.g. extra towel or soap), they have to first inquire why you need it. Also, those sensitive to cigarette smoke should think twice before booking this hotel — even though the room itself was non smoking, the hallways have a lot of residual smoke, so it inadvertently gets inside the room.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback! Regarding towels: we change them every day. And additional replacement is possible at the discretion of the administrator. However, we always take into account the wishes of the guests. Smoking is not allowed in our hotel, but unfortunately not all guests follow the rules. Our staff is doing everything possible to prevent the discomfort associated with this. We hope that you enjoyed your stay with us and are waiting for you again.

The best Price/localization rate.
Amazing localization, one minute to metro station. 10minutes and you're in a city centre. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Rooms and bathrooms in a good shape. Truly recommend.

Гостинице есть к чему стремиться
Раньше останавливался в этой гостинице и сервис был намного лучше с "туристом", где три этажа принадлежат "Арии". Сейчас все сравнялось, а в обслуживании за стойкой регистрации "Турист" даже стал лучше. Рекомендация простая: улучшить обслуживание за стойкой регистрации. По номерам вопросов как раз нет - все ОК

NO wifi in my room. I booked a two single bed room, I was given a one single bed only. Ok for one night only, any stay over than that would have poor expectations.

The hotel staff was charging my credit card twice. They did not take into consideration, that the payment was taken by Orbitz (Expedia) already. When I have claimed that, they have answered in aggressive way.
