L’hotel Est très bien situé dans le centre de Kiev. Concernant l’établissement celui ci est bien équipé mais le service correspond à un 2 - 3 étoiles. Le personnel n’est absolument pas professionnel. Au moment du pdj, nous pouvons apercevoir la manager du restaurant qui est assis entrain de jouer avec son téléphone et d’envoyer des messages! Son équipe fait de même restant assis dans un coin du restaurant. Pas de bonjour... les œufs ne sont pas proposé... Concernant la chambre celle ci est dans un état correct mais l’eau de la baignoire est jaune et la climatisation est tombée en panne j’ai du à cinq reprises demander pour que celle ci soit réparée. Aucune excuse. Rien!!!! Juste une jeune femme à la réception qui a su être professionnel mais dont j’ai oublié son nom. Pour commander un room service cela reste simple et correct quand ils n’oublient pas de mettre les couverts..!! En conclusion l’établissement est. Une situé avec un bon équipement mais l’organi Reste à revoir et le management aussi. Serait il bien lorsque l’on rencontre des problèmes d’avoir à faire à un manager! Y en a t’il un dans cet établissement ?? Peut être une bonne question à se poser. Après une semaine passée chez eux aucun remerciements et question de satisfaction posées lors du check out... certainement in soucis de formation des équipes...

Une bonne découverte, établissement plaisant
Excellent accueil dès mon arrivée, l'hôtel présente bien et le personnel est très disponible. L'établissement est bien situé dans le centre de Kiev, à quelques centaines de mètres de l'artère centrale de la ville, Khreshchatyk. Le petit déjeuner offert est appréciable et le restaurant situé au dernier étage offre un panorama intéressant sur la ville. Je retournerai les yeux fermés dans cet établissement.

Hôtel bien situé et agréable
Le décor général de l'hôtel est plaisant, moderne et apaisant à la fois. Le personnel à l'accueil est très réceptif et agréable. Ma chambre était calme, spacieuse et avec une vue dégagée sur la ville. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et permet de découvrir certaines spécialités ukrainiennes. Seul bémol, l'attente trop longue au restaurant le soir.

Misleading photos
Photos of the gym are outdated. It’s now a bunker. Hotel was not sympathetic to my request for partial refund. Didn’t really care. The overall vibe of the hotel is drab and the tiny room has a depressing view onto a tiny courtyard. I would not recommend.
