Very difficult to park due to construction Took over an hour to get my car from Vallet because they lost my car keys Manager Hazem didnt follow up or show up to resolve the issue If this is how they handle small things like car parking, i can never imagine how they would handle an important event or celebration Highly dont recommend, so many hotels in Salmiya book else where

Old and dated
Great service but the hotel is in pretty poor condition. It's very dated and in pretty poor condition for a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in 3 star hotels in better condition.

Great facilities and very friendly staff. The location is wonderful; well situated in Salymia market, facing the Arabian Gulf, and close to at least 2 shopping malls.
