« Great hotel! It's located around 10 minutes from the city center by foot, so you can do everything walking. A great plus is the personnel - everyone was really helpful and nice, ready to help whenever needed. Last but not least, the bedrooms were amazing!!! The beds are very confortable and big, the room is spacious and everything was very clean. And we can’t not mention the private onsens inside the hotel. They are available for the guests, and they are great. We Reallyv recommend this hotel! »

« It’s just not worth the price compared to the service and rooms, especially breakfast was horrible »

« Beautiful scenery. Good location. »

« Did not stay the full 2-night stay, I left 8am after the first night. Woke up and noticed I was sleeping on a pillow that had mold spots. Blinds were broken and dilapidated. A layer of dust was on the bed stand. Onsen was covered in mildew and water dispenser was covered in mold also. About a kilometer up hill from the bus terminal. The outside of the building looks like it hasn’t been updated or worked on in a while. Would not stay here again. »
