Facilities were great and staff was very nice and accommodating up until the point Poland's borders were closing due to COVID-19 and we had to check out early. While management was "encouraging" us to leave the hotel and Poland, they did not want to provide a refund (room was pre-paid) for the remaining days of the stay. They referred us to Expedia, but then Expedia referred us back to the hotel policy. Considering the circumstances, The Loft or Expedia needs to makes things right, especially when the hotel management was essentially telling us to leave. While the management told us that they would give us 4 days of credit upon our next visit, it is not much consolation considering we live in another continent. Additionally, they would not provide us any form of documentation of said 4 days of credit.
