calme et paisible, à 2 pas de cracovie un repos bien mérité
l'hôtel est très bien tenu, le personnel est très serviable, à notre arrivée nous avions 2 lits simples alors que j'avais précisé un lit double, ils nous ont aussitôt changé de chambre, très bon buffet de petit déjeuner, copieux. il y a même un ordinateur avec internet à disposition des clients, malheureusement le jour ou nous avons voulu nous connecter, internet ne voulait pas fonctionner alors le réceptionniste nous a proposé d'aller sur l'ordinateur de la réception, très gentil....

God morgenmadsbuffet og udemærket hotel
Fint hotel med god morgenmadsbuffet. Der er lidt lydt, så man kan høre meget af, hvad der ellers foregår på hotellet. Stille og roligt område.

kameralny hotel, bardzo dobry na imprezy
znakomity szwedzki stół na śniadanie - wędliny i sery dobre gatunkowo, bardzo stylowy wystrój jadalni, między stolikami dużo miejsca do przejścia, stosunkowo mały hotel a dysponuje windą, w pokojach woda mineralna, zestaw do szycia, czyścik do obuwia, no może przydałby się mały szamponik. Czajników nie ma (dostępny w recepcji). Bardzo ładna okolica.

Schönes Hotel mit einem super Frühstück
Das Hotel ist zwar ein wenig von der Innenstadt entfernt, jedoch waren die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich und das Frühstück war super.

Not bad
Overall not a bad stay, hotel was nice, breakfast good, had some facilities for kids. Quite far from the city centre, paid 40zl for a taxi. And on Saturday there was a wedding downstairs, and we could hear the music in our room.

We only stayed one night and the only disappointment was that the room was not air conditioned. Breakfast was excellent!

Отличный выбор
Отличный отель: номера, завтраки, персонал, ресторан при отеле - все безупречно. В очередной раз убедились, что по всему пути следования в Польше самые лучшие отели из недорогих вариантов. Отель в девяти километрах от центра, но тихо и нет прблем с транспрртом, трамвай #4 до центра идет 30 минут. При отеле бесплатная парковка. Кто едет на машине - особый плюс. Рядом достаточно баров, но при отеле замечательный ресторан с очень приветливым персоналом и великолепным поваром.

te ver van het centrum van Krakau
het was een prima hotel alleen te ver van het centrum van Krakau. Als je met het vliegtuig gaat ben je vanaf het vliegveld een uur tot ander half uur onderweg (als je geluk hebt) naar het hotel. Vanaf de tram naar het hotel was ook 10 tot 15 min. lopen. Tram verbinding was wel prima met lijn 5 tot midden in het centrum van Krakau. Duur 20 min.

Friendly and Clean
Low tariff, situated 4 miles from the city centre but taxis reasonable (35-40 złotys per trip to town, more at weekend). Very friendly Staff, polite and efficient. Nice landscaped terrace at front, bright modern dining room, our room perfectly fine. Wedding reception on the Saturday but not rowdy and we managed to sleep through most of it. The complimentary breakfast excellent with a good choice, different fresh fruits everday. On our last day we went on the tourist trail through Nowa Huta (maps available at Tourist Offices) - well worth the fascinating insights. Hotel itself in quiet neighbourhood, felt safe at all times. Good value. Good service.

Fur die Besichtigung von Krakau sehr gut geeignet. Keine Parkplatzprobleme! (Parkplatz für alle Hotelgäste ausreichend) Ein kleines und feines Hotel mit guter Küche. Für die Fahrt in das Zentrum haben wir ein Taxi für kleines Geld genutzt. (würden wir jeden empfehlen) Nach dem Abendbrot kann man noch einen Rundgang am neben an gelegenen See machen. Das Hotel ist für enen Aufenthalt von 2-3 Tagen bestens geeignet. Das Doppelbett-Zimmer wäre uns für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu klein.

Fint hotell med en jättebra kock! Det finns bara 26 rum, så det är litet och familjärt, finns ett litet lekrum för barn i anslutning till restaurangen, dessutom granne med en vattenpark. Rent och fint rum men lite hårda sängar och definitivt inget Wifi. Gratis Wifi finns på hotellet, men på andra våningen funkade det inte. Ligger rätt offside, så för oss blev det en hel del pengar för taxiresor.

Very nice out-of-town hotel in a quiet suburb.
Ideal place to stay for those wishing to avoid drunken yobs, this hotel is family friendly and has a Finnish sauna to take advantage of. Close to Lidl, local supermarket Lewiatan and tram stops (which run every 10 minutes and are CLEAN!) Within about 10 minutes walking distance. The multi-lingual staff are polite, friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and there's even a currency exchange facility within the hotel (they accept notes only). Pets are welcome.The only (small) gripe is that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, but for a budget hotel big on other facilities, you can't really complain. I'd definitely make a return visit.

Excellent hotel, great staff, delicious food!
Lovely welcome from friendly staff. Our room was very big (room 11) which was perfect as we had our 1 year old with us. They had set the room with a cot for him, which was really appreciated. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented and tasted amazing...especially the Polish Dumplings with Duck Meat! They had a lovely children's area with a big playhouse and slide that our little boy loved. Location was great for us, about 15 minutes drive into Krakow, nice quiet area but close to shops for essentials. Overall, a great stay, we would definitely return to Hotel Santorini

Clean and neat
Stayed for few days to visit family. Very clean and neat hotel. Good service and great food ( breakfast buffet included). Bit far from Rynek, but we knew that ( taxi about 25-30pln). Only downside was very spoty wi-fi, definitely not a deal breaker.
