Overnattingsstedet var veldig bra hyggelige personal veldig koselige vi hadde 3 netter vi fikk ikke nye hånkler i oppholdet å ingen som var å vasket eller gjore noe renhold på de dagene å det var et fantastisk fint bobble bad på tak terasen som vi nesten ikke fikk brukt det var en forferdelig lukkt annde dagen så vi torte ikke å bruke det mere en en dag dette er ikke bra til å væreet 5 stjerners hotell vill nok ikke tilbake mvh Steinar

We had a small interruption on our last night of four. I’m so impressed with the way it got handled. Michael the Manager and Marchin went above and beyond for our family stay. We rented the Imperial and the room below. The Imperial is incredible. THERE IS A PRIVATE HOTUB ON THE ROOF THAT LITERALLY OPENS TO VIEWS OF THE WAWAL CASTLE 🏰 NEXT DOOR!!! AMAZING FOOD. MICHELIN RATED RESTAURANT POD NOSEM RESTAURANT IS THE MAIN FLOOR. Unbelievable value.

Michael the manager has gone above and beyond for us. Definitely deserved of 10/10 stars ⭐️ we can’t wait to visit again. The private hot tub on the roof is so unique. The Wawal Castle all lit up at night is incredible.

The service was amazing, felt like they knew me and were extremely friendly in a proper way. The place is gorgeous and easy to walk from to any site scenery. The view from the window is great on it own and room was like from A movie. If someone enjoys taking hot bath -This is the place as it was the nicest and biggest bathtub ever!

It was in an excellent location. Beautifully done and our greeting upon arrival was lovely and the staff were great when we saw them. There was quite a bit of dust on some of the ornaments and lamps around the room (but there is a lot around) so the dust was there but the bathroom and facilities and beds/bedding etc were all really really clean so we didn't worry. Beautiful - truly stunning location. Would def recommend and stay here again. Only small thing was that the staff weren't always clear who was on duty for the rooms - so I found it easier to email the manager, who was very quick in his reply and helpful when I asked anything so it wasn't a problem at all to not speak to someone directly for me but may be so for other people - as this is a series of 'apartments' it's not quite like a hotel so expected too which meant it wasn't an issue for us.

Small gem in a great location
Our stay in the Royal Apartment was outstanding. Huge rooms with 17th century architectural details, antiques and very comfortable furnishings. Many amenities you ordinarily would expect to pay for are included. Very attentive, friendly, and accommodating staff. Delicious included breakfast - eggs made to order along with traditional Polish offerings. We also enjoyed a great dinner at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel is steps away from the castle, and an easy walk to Market Square. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location, food and suite!
A much smaller hotel than expected, but it was a positive surprise! Friendly staff. The food was great, both breakfast and dinner. The location was great for us who wanted to be near attractions/museums etc. One minus is that the jacuzzi was closed because of rain prior to our visit. They did not open even though we had beautiful summer weather. Also there was a distinct smell outside our door that came from the kitchen downstairs. Over all a very good stay!!

We had a great stay with very thoughtful service. We had suite 1 on the first floor. Amazing mix of ancient decor with modern amenities. Great bed and very cozy living room. Food in the Michelin rated restaurant was excellent. Very personal service, especially from Stanislaus. Perfect location for walking the beautiful and ancient city of Krakow. Breakfast is served for hotel guests only from 9am so plan tours accordingly. They will thoughtfully accommodate you with take away sandwiches, drinks and fruit if your tour plans conflict with the breakfast time. We’ll be back...best place to stay in Krakow !!

Beautiful apartments and setting, right near castle, food was excellent. Breakfast was a bit hap-hazard each day depending on the waitress, didn't know what was available for breakfast, one day you would receive a breakfast menu another you didn't. Each day we asked for a decaffeinated coffee and each day we were told they didn't have it, but they did. Weren't told about WiFi code. No where to store luggage after checking out, it was left in the main hallway.

The Room stank of the kitchen. The AC was bringing the kitchen smells into the apartment. I felt sick with the smell and had to move hotels. The inconvenience completely ruined my trip. Also, the long delays and non-professional attitude to refund my monies was ridiculous. I am very disappointed with this hotel and services.

A beautiful apartment.
The apartment was beautiful, a lovely mix of old with modern amenities. The location could not be better, very central and on a picturesque old street. As it was an apartment and not a hotel we were greeted on arrival and taxis arranged for airport transport. Other than that we did not see anyone, although the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was the only let down, except on the last morning. This was surprising considering it is a very well renowned restaurant, but the staff were very friendly. Overall this is a lovely apartment to stay in.

Perfection In Poland
This three luxury apartment hotel just might be the best hotel in Poland. I stayed in all three rooms and each one offers something unique and different. The rooftop is the best with a view of the castle and a jacuzzi. I love this place so much I didn’t want to leave.

This facility is absolutely beautiful and very close to the square and the castle. The staff was absolutely incredible--kind, friendly and very accommodating. They made us feel so special. Our chefs/cooks/servers in the morning provided us with beautiful meals and made us feel like old friends.

I must begin my review by saying that Patrick is one of the most professional and conscientious hotel managers with whom I have had contact in my travel experiences. On arrival we were informed that there had been an overbooking error. With apologies and a solution of offering us a suite in another of their properties, we accepted. Later our requested suite at Kanonicza 22 became available. Patrick provided all necessary arrangements for our return to the hotel along with other amenities. The hotel is indeed unique in many ways and the quality of services and accommodations are impressive. I recommend Kanonicza 22 for a special stay in Kraków.

Vi boede i Ducial lejligheden. Den var virkelig over al forventning. Sengen har en thermo-madress og den kan måske være en anelse hård for nogles smag, men jeg var meget glad for den, og dynen var meget varm. WI-FI har for det meste en okay hastighed, men kan godt være lidt ustabilt. Udover det er der kun positivt at sige. Lejligheden er beregnet til to personer der virkelig vil have det bedste, og det får man. Man skal virkelig lede meget længe for at finde noget der kan overgå den. Det er muligt der kun står gratis soft drink minibar, men der er også brandy og vodka, kaffe og the. til fri afbenyttelse. Trods det er en lejlighed, kan man sagtens bestille Caviar og Champagne på værelset. MORGENMADEN! Den er en klasse for sig selv. Den bliver serveret på Pod Nosem, som er restauranten man skal igennem for at komme op på værelserne. Restauranten er Michelin klasse og det smitter af på morgenmaden. Den er yderst veltillavet af kvalitets råvarer og meget velassorteret. Du må sådan set selv vælge hvad du vil have. Er det noget du savner så laver de det. Vi har boet på en del luksus hoteller gennem tiden, og har haft mange gode oplevelser. Men det her er absolut en af de allerbedste.

Jewel in Krakow
This hotel is arguably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful and there were so many nice little touches such as whiskey and vodka decanters , fresh fruit and drinks in the mini bar . The breakfast buffet was extensive and beautifully presented. From the moment we entered the hotel everybody wanted to help and go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. A great location Walking distance of everything. Slawek was especially helpful my husband asked him if he would put fresh roses in my room as it was my birthday they were beautiful. Slawek was absolute charming he made our stay special. All the staff at Kanonicza 22 are a credit to this hotel . we both had a great time at the Kanonicza 22 which exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back .

We stayed 3 nigts there (a family of 4). The place is beautiful. The room was awesome! Not only the decoration, but also the comfort + Nespresso and tea + water + etc.... The staff was super friendly and helpful, specially Slavek who took care of us and our breakfast ( delicious breakfast, with great and 'different' variety), with dedication and kindness. Also Patrick was very helpful and kind, since we made the reservation and answering every question regarding the info that we needed before arriving to Krakow. We would definitely go there again. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommended

Excellent Hotel in Cracow, Poland
I must say, this hotel is first class in every respect, full of old world European class and charm, and I recommend it without hesitation. The location is right on the edge of the old town in Krakow, within 100 feet of the most famous landmark in the city, Wawel castle and is on a quiet side street. The staff at the hotel was wonderful (special thanks to Kinga), all of them speak excellent English and they absolutely wanted us to enjoy our stay there. The manager, Greg, showed us our suite, and he gave us his mobile phone number and said to call any time if we needed his services. The suite was huge, about 700 sq feet and beautifully decorated. All of the furniture and accessories were high quality. There were decanters of whiskey and vodka and these were free of charge along with the contents of the minibar and a large bowl of fresh fruit. The breakfast, also included the room cost, was great. A basket of fresh baked, homemade rolls, any type of eggs you wanted as well all the usual breakfast things including freshly squeezed juice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and bath tub are both large and comfortable. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is also first class, excellent food and a nice wine list. I have stayed in hotels all over the world in the last 50 years and this one was the best. The hotel only has 3 suites, on on each floor above the restaurant in a 14th century building. Spoil yourself and book a suite here, you'll be glad you did.

Excellent does & will not do this accommodation justice... Absolutely 5*+++ & everything of the very highest standard... certainly the best I've ever experienced during my travels. From airport arrival pick-up, through to the morning of departure, nothing, & I mean nothing, was too much trouble from Magda and her staff with special praise given to Karina who presented superb breakfasts each morning to a 'Michelin' standard. In addition, Magda arranged all our trips and our driver Zemek again was certainly 'top drawer'

Extraordinary Property
We have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was one of the most extraordinary properties in terms of the historic and beautifully renovated building, rooms, and location. We stayed in the first floor apartment. The service was impeccable. And a great small restaurant.

Valentines weekend
Took my partner for her first time to Krakow and she loved it The hotel was shear luxury and the position ideal for the main square and castle area. Would definitely recommend it
