L’hébergement n’était pas conforme à mes attentes ni aux descriptions. La chambre prévu initialement chambre avec lit double c’est transformé en une chambre avec 2 petit lit simple la gérante n’a pas voulu me la changer. La chambre était très sale araignée et lézard partout dans la chambre. Sale de bain vétuste

Thanks for your review. I am very sorry you did not like your stay with us. But please allow me to ask you why share your feedback in a review after you checked out and not told us during your stay. If the room is not clean according your standards we will clean your room again. You stayed in our hotel during the peak season. Our cleaning ladies were very busy.You said the room did not meet the description. Acually it did. You booked a deluxe or twin room. You added a special request that you liked to have a double bed. A special request is always subject to availabily upon arrival. As you booked your room three hours before you arrived at our hotel a room with double bed was not available anymore. If we had a room with double bed we would give it to you for sure.

If you are on a budget and don’t need a pool then this place is ok. The people are nice but the place could do with a facelift. Not exactly clean. We checked out after one night.

Lalisa hotel is very well located, the staff is really nice and there are many options around for dining, massages, shopping, and the beach is not too far. All the excursions pick you up easily from there without any additional charge which is very convenient too.

Er was veel schimmel aanwezig in de kamer, met bijhorende geur. En er was een hels lawaai van de airconditioning van de gebouwen ernaast.

Very good
I booked the Lalisa Hotel when I needed somewhere to stay for the night in Ao Nang. The cost was good and the reviews were good so I booked it. The room was comfortable and clean. I was on the 4th floor which meant that I had to walk up many stairs - exercise is good for you. It is in an extremely convenient locatio. Would certainly stay there again

It is a cheap stay with an overlooking sea view if you are in the too floor. Book on the 4th floor and go to the balcony for an amazing view of Ao nang. Very recommended.

このホテルは2回目の利用ですが、スタッフが親切で色々教えてくれます。ベランダからの眺望は良いですが、ライブハウスからの音楽が夜中まで大きいので、音の苦手な人は逆方向にベランダがある部屋をお願いした方が良いです。古い施設のせいか、Wi-Fiが弱くて途切れがちでした。

このホテルは、CP値が非常に良い。 クラビBT行きのバス停も近い。ライレイビーチ行きのチケット売りも徒歩圏内。近くに高級レストランもあるが，安いタイ料理を食べさせるレストランの集合体がある。ピーピー島から移動したが，到着ピアーには，公共乗り物がなく，タクシーしか無かった、アオナンまで300Bした。

Perfect location , right in the middle of all the action so everything is close, but down an alley so it is quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff and clean comfy room. Would highly recommend!

Amazing
Amazing hotel and you can’t beat the location. Just back from the main road, so little noise from the rooms which is great. Daily housekeeping available, and the ladies on the desk are always there to talk to. Beds are comfy and rooms have amazing air conditioning. Is really ideal for staying in Ao Nang!!

Fint hotel meget tæt på Ao Nang strand og byliv
Rigtig sødt personale i receptionen, der altid stod klar til at hjælpe. Hotellet ligger 5 minutters gågang fra Ao Nang strand og bylivet omkring hotellet er rigtig godt. Vi var så glade for området, at vi blev en nat ekstra. Når man er her, så skal man tage en tur til Railay beach, Phi Phi Islands og Hong Island turen - det fortryder man ikke! Det eneste problem ved hotellet var, at vi ikke fik gjort rent en eneste dag, og vi var der i 6 dage. Men hvis man spørger i receptionen, så kan man godt få et rent håndklæde og toiletpapir. Vi takker for et dejligt ophold på Lalisa hotel!

As we don't want to disturb our guest our cleaning staff only enter your room if the sign 'please clean the room' is hanging on the door I'm very sorry we did not tell you. Great staff and location - but external loud music
Extremely helpful friendly staff. Unfortunately it's right next to a metal working shop which can be noisy during the day. Then at at night the penetrating bass music coming from a bar across the road at night until 1am, seems to reverberate throughout the hotel. Not the hotels fault but be warned!

Good location and friendly staff
Well located. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and acted fast when the electricity stopped in my room. The hotel is old though and could with an uplift.

All of the staff was so friendly and wonderful. The lady at the front desk (maybe the owner also) was so warm and happy and helpful. I was on a work trip and did not have much time to book or stay, so i selected something that was close and inexpensive. I did not expect this place to be so clean and perfect! Will absolutely stay again.

スタッフさんの対応が親切で丁寧です。 1日ツアーや帰りのバスの申し込みがスムーズに出来ます。 部屋は古い感じですが、しっかり清掃されてます。 エアコンが古く、室外機の音が少し気になりますが、夜中のバーから聞こえる音楽を掻き消すのにピッタリでした。
