Pourrait mieux faire
L’enregistrement avec du retard la chambre a 3pm alors qu’il semblait avoir la moitié de l’hôtel vide. Ensuite à partir de 11 pm impossible de dormir a cause d’une boite de nuit et de la musique , les murs tremblaient par le son !!!.nous avons changé de chambre à 1 am pour un bâtiment différent !!

Decent property, close to beach and night market. Staff at the property was very rude, and room service ends 9:30 but if you call 9:15 they will not take your order. Jef - a staff member at the hotel was very courteous and we really appreciate him Breeze restaurant at the hotel was excellent, food was awesome and the vibe was great!!

Sijainti hotellissa oli mieluisa, hieman syrjemmässä Ao Nangin pääkadun vilinästä, mutta kävelymatkan päässä useista ravintoloista sekä night market -alueesta. Lähellä oleva ranta ei ole kauneinta Thaimaata, mutta esim. Railay-rannalle pääsi kätevästi. Hotellin palvelussa on parantamisen varaa. Allaspyyhkeet sekä huoneiden pyyhkeet olivat loppu lähes joka päivä, eikä uusia pyyhkeitä toimitettu huoneeseen, vaikka niitä pyysimme. Lakanoissa oli likaläikkiä. Myös allasalueen tuoleja oli aivan liian vähän hotellin kokoon nähden, tuolit olivat kaikki varattuja jo aikaisin aamulla. Ihmettelimme, miksei tuoleja voisi hankkia hotellille lisää, koska alueelle olisi mahtunut useampi lisätuoli. Aamupala oli mielestämme hyvä ja moneen makuun sopiva. Hotellin tilat olivat mieluisat sekä allasalue nätti.

Excellent hotel ~ if you book here you will not be disappointed. The pools are wonderful, the breakfast has a good selection of items to get a great start to the day, and the rooms are set up nicely and mine was very clean. My room (2206 pool view) was set up as a room with two twins or a king ~ the twins were pushed together nicely and the bedding was set up for twin beds, except the fitted sheet covered both beds ~ would be perfect for a couple, two friends, or a single traveller. It’s not in the busy Ao Nang beach area, it’s a lil more quiet, and I preferred this less busy beach myself. It’s a 2 block walk to the nightly Ao Nang market, which is a must do if you’re in Ao Nang. Love this Hotel!!!

Worst check in experienced. We arrived hotel at about 11 pm. We had to wait for more than half an hour for getting keys, as the rooms not ready ??? I made reservations for 2 rooms but they assigned rooms in two different building. We had to argue with the Receiptionist to get the rooms in the same area. After we got angry they finally gave adjacent rooms. Our holiday mood was over by the receptionist. Our flight to Krabi delayed and we arrived late in the hotel. After getting into room we found telephone not working, tv not working. My wife had to walk a long way to the reception to complain. After complaining the service technician came and fixed the problems but it’s already crossed midnight. We pay so much higher rate and got such services, we should be compensated. All other hotel services were okay.

Room advertised as "Family Studio Suite, 2 Bedrooms" however it is simply two adjoining smaller size hotel rooms. The hotel advertises laundry service with same day delivery if turned in before 10am however we had issues with this being the case. First day we had to show them it states this and still request our laundry that evening as it wasn't already in our room and the second day turned into an absolutely horrible lack of customer service where we wound up requesting our dirty laundry back and we would use the facilities to wash ourselves. The pools are enjoyable and we appreciated the convenience of pool access option. Bathrooms are a bit of a squeeze and the toiletries are subpar. Breakfast had a wide selection and the staff for the majority of the trip were pleasant and helpful. Wouldn't stay here again.

Dirty rooms and weird smell
I'd recommend to go elsewhere. Rooms were dirty and bedding/towels had stains. Aircon had a weird smell to it. Mould perhaps? Breakfast was so bad we had breakfast elsewhere. Only redeeming factor would be the pool and the price, hence 2 stars rather than 1.

Rooms clean, bed comfy, pool lovely. Staff friendly. Location good as a little our of Aonang centre. Breakfast wasnt that good, eggs etc were cold, staff didnt refill items that had run out and only 2 coffee machines that were VERY slow resulting in long queues. WOULD STAY AGAIN
