Très bel hôtel et très bien placé dans la ville. La réception nous a bien orientés et répondu à toutes nos questions. La piscine et les chambres sont très agréables. Et le petit déjeuner très bon par rapport à nos autres expériences en Thaïlande.

Le meilleur hotel de aonong sans hesité
Bel hotel. Ne pas se fier a sa deventure car elle est bien trompeuse. Super chambre et la vue de la piscine est juste magnifique et certainement la plus belle de la ville. Nous sommes arrivé et placé ds une chambre basique mais etant donné que l'hotel est en travaux sur le premier niveau,npus avons demandé a changé vu le bruit. On a donc été surclassé et là c le paradis. Super suite,hotel idealement situé car tout est a coté pr les excursions magasins ou restos.

Les plus + Grand complexe hôtelier avec très jolies chambres et belles piscines. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et les chambres sont très grandes et toujours très propres. Personnel aux petits soins Les moins - Hotel continuellement en travaux, les environs (comme tout Ao Nang) ne sont pas très authentiques. L'hotel est un énorme resort qui fait un peu usine à touristes. J'aime la Thailande pour l'authenticité. Compliqué de le trouver dans ce très grand complexe

Superbe hôtel au calme mais en même temps dans une rue avec pleins de boutiques et de restaurants. A 2 pas de la mer et de la location des longs tails boats. Superbe piscine panoramique. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Un plus pour la personne qui s'occupe des excursions. Les seuls bémols sont pour le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas fameux ainsi que la TV dans la chambre qui est un peu vieille (qualité de l'image ).

Nous avons dû changer de chambre car il y avait de la construction et le bruit nous derangeait. Les murs de l'hotel etaient fissurés. Par contre, les chambres sont comfortables et l'hotel est près de la plage.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix - super bien placé !
Super Hotel avec deux piscines dont une à débordement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, la ville et la montagne. A savoir : l'accès à la piscine à débordement et au buffet petit déjeuner est special lorsqu'on séjour dans la partie "basse" du domaine. Il faut empreinté plusieurs ascenseurs mais pas d'escaliers à monter et pour la vue ça vaut le coup. Pour le petit déjeuner si on ne souhaite pas emprunter ce chemin une voiture navette nous y amène. D'ailleurs l'hôtel propose aussi une navette pour une plage privée vraiment sympa !!! À faire absolument. L'hôte est super bien placé (à 5min à pieds du bord de plage) beaucoup de restaurants à proximité à tous les budgets et pour tous les goûts. En ce qui concernant l'accueille c'est pas extrêmement chaleureux mais ils sont à l'écoutent de vos besoins et c'est l'essentiel.

Nice place to stay in Ao Nang, with an amazing infinity pool offering a spectacular view over Ao Nang bay. However, the hotel is really big and located along a mountain, which means it's ups and downs all the time. It's worse to have a room with a full sea view.

Vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ao Nang
L'hotel est construit sur une colline qui donne sur la rue principale d'Ao Nang et une tres belle vue sur la baie. Il y a 3 types de chambres. Les chambres 'Superieures' se trouvent sur les 2 premiers etages de l'hotel, certaines donnent sur la rue et sont donc assez bruyantes et n'offrent pas de vue. Il est preferable de demander une chambre qui donne sur le jardin, plus calme mais moins lumineuse. C'est ce que nous avons fait a notre arrivee. Certaines de ces chambres ont besoin d'un petit 'raffraichissement' peinture et equiptement. Les chambres "Deluxe" (du 3eme au 5eme etage) sont sur la colline et donc plus en retrait de la rue et offrent une belle vue. Elles sont egalement mieux entretenues. Quant aux chambres "Panorama" (du 6eme au 8eme etage) plus recentes et mieux equipees, elles offrent une vue magnifique sur la baie et sont equipees d'une baignoire sur chaque balcon (loggia).

Quel bon séjour !
Un peu loin de la plage d'Ao Nang (500m) mais nous ne l'avons pas regretté car celle ci est surpeuplée et un va et vient incessant du matin au soir des long boat est assourdissant. Vous avez aussi la possibilité de louer un scooter qui vous laisse beaucoup plus d'indépendance. La plage privée n'est qu'à peine 10mn avec ambiance Zen Pour la vue mer, il semblerait qu'Expédia ne puisse nous proposer autre chose que le 3e Etage. Les étages supérieurs ne sont pas réservables avec vue exceptionnelle sur le site de l'hôtel directement.

Depends what you’re looking for
This is a difficult one to review. We booked a pool villa which was huge with a great pool if slightly in need of renovation (bad low pressure shower with mould up the wall, worn flooring, missing pool tiles). It was at the back of the hotel on the hill but was overlooking the sunset bar and the pool so not as secluded as we would have liked, however given we stayed at new year we ended up with a front row seat to the fireworks and celebration without being charged which was nice. However, there were issues with the hotel generally. There are a million lifts in different sections of the main building to use to get to anywhere and there don’t seem to be any service lifts so those lifts are almost always full of staff with crates moving things. Therefore if you don’t want to climb a hundred stairs it takes ages to get anywhere. There is nothing in the mini bar. It’s just a fridge. So you need to buy from the 7 Eleven. And room service wasn’t available after 10pm. It’s not what we expected. And the villas are like a separate add on to the main hotel so for that money I’d not stay again. Staff were generally lovely though especially the drivers of the buggies you can ask for to get to the top if available. Loved Ao Nang generally and we ate out every meal in town in the end, and that was great. It’s an easy walk to most things in the main town which is great.

HORRIBLE. The place catfished me - the room looked lovely online and had a view of the ocean. My room had a ton of street noise and a view of what looked to be a strip club (pic attached). The air conditioning didn’t work and somehow my room was hotter than it was outside (91F / 33C). I abhor this hotel. For the first time ever I left my fully prepaid nonrefundable reservation early to stay somewhere where I wouldn’t practically have a heat stroke every time I tried to sleep. Obviously they didn’t offer any sort of refund or apology. It was also wildly oversold - when I tried to use the infinity pool it was practically standing room only. Not even space to lay a towel down on the floor around the pool. Avoid this place like the plague.

Fantastic property! Beautiful resort with several pools and very happy with our stay. Location is mildly inconvenient since you'd need to take a tuk tuk to get into town but that's pretty easy since you can get one just outside the hotel. Some minor issues for a 5 star hotel like the room-service app did not work for us and keeping towels available at the pools.

우선 서비스가 매우 좋고 친절합니다. 그리고 숙소 위치가 좋아요. 비치랑도 가깝고 주변에 스타벅스, 편의점, 맥도날드가 있고 해변으로 걸어가는 길에 여러 가게들이 있어서 눈이 매우 즐겁습니다. 숙소 상태는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았는데 저희가 묵었던 숙소는 층수가 낮은 만큼 비치 뷰가 잘 보이진 않았구요. 화장실이 방음이 전혀 안 되어서 그 부분이 좀 불편합니다. 그리고 끄라비 날씨 자체가 조금 습한 편이라 숙소도 좀 습한 면이 있는데 그래서 수영복은 잘 안 말라요 그나마 해가 쨍한 날 밖에 널어두니 잘 마르더라구요. 랜드마크 야시장까지는 거리가 좀 있는데, 교통편이 복잡해서 썽떼우 가격을 너무 비싸게 부르길래 저희는 걸어갔어요 걷기엔 좀 멀어요ㅠ 그 외에늨 위치나 서비스, 청결 등 너무 좋구요 인피니티 풀에서 보는 뷰가 너무 예쁩니다!ㅠ 사이즈는 좀 작지만 강추👍

Slipped multiple times on property due to tile and rainy weather both outside. The hotel is basic but with great location to everything. Would not stay again as room balcony’s are so close together and don’t offer much privacy.
