« Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it. »
« We had a great experience at Mountain View Hot Springs. Everything was very clean, the food was good, and the service was excellent. I had the chance to stay both in a regular room and in one of the capsules, and both experiences were very comfortable.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and always responsive whenever we had any questions. The price is definitely not cheap, but overall the quality of the stay and service was very good.
