« The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not...

« The location of the hotel is great as you can walk to all major attractions. Its kind of hotel inside of the hotel, taking the 5th floor of the building. Rooms are quite nice but was not able to find any English tv channels on tv except BBC. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing and they did not have proper coffee, just instant coffee. Staff is very helpful and everyone speak English. There are no normal hotel services like restaurant etc so you cannot get ice etc from room service, on the other...
