Châteaux à Kothamangalam

« Very bad service »

« The room was just okey, i selected a balcony view room on second floor, of course the balcony facing the river and forest but the view includes the staff toilet and other buildings rusted rooftop . So we cannot enjoy the view. It feels like a regular hotel nothing else . »

« Our 4 nights at Amritara were the best experience so far in India. The hospitality and friendliness is outstanding. From communicating with the manager to book to the friendly reception we received by Harikrishna to the delicious food Sunny cooked for us twice a day and the lovely housekeeping ladies, this was a highlight for us. The tents are beautiful, decorated with heavy teak furniture, comfortable bed and great balcony chairs, we had huge windows to view the river and the lush landscape....

« Petit problème à notre arrivée qui a trouvé une solution dans la soirée grâce au dévouement du responsable de la réception »

« Hôtel confortable et personnel charmant. Au niveau du restaurant, j'ai testé le biriyani qui était très bon. Emplacement idéal pour accéder à l'aéroport. Seul bémol: hôtel de passage, des allées et venues, valises et chariots dans les couloirs un peu bruyants. Prévoir des boules quies. »

« New construction, modern amenities, excellent views, and beautiful location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, beds, and linen. »

« Very nice hotel to stay for a few nights. Some people say it's a bit far out, I didn't think so (and I use tuk-tuks). Very helpful personnel. The fool was also very good. The pool is nice but located near a busy highway, it was a bit noisy at times, but not in my room. »
