Apartment smells badly when we arrived. Master bedroom and dining room air con not working. Out of 3 bedrooms one had no light n master bedroom no aircon so you can imagine my party of 5 had to squeeze in 2 bedrooms as the weather was too warm without aircon and the kitchen and fridge smells like a market. Taps leaking. When we contacted the owner she told us it was a Sunday and public holiday the maintenance can only come the following day. You can imagine the rest.

슈퍼, 식당, 쇼핑, 수영장 모두 갖춘곳. 호텔과는 비교할 수 없는 넓은 개인공간. 취사시설에 세탁기 완비. 아이가 있는 가족들에게 강추!

Very clean & cozy home! Absolutely convenience location, easy to go everywhere. Shopping mall is down stair, will recommand to my friends.

Location is very nice, upstairs of shopping mall at the center of Kota Kinabalu. Room is open, clean and comfortable. Would like to stay there again.

쇼핑몰 건물이라 편이 시설 이용이 아주 편리
쇼핑몰 건물이라 편이 시설 이용이 아주 편리 했습니다. 대형 마트에서 장 보는 것 뿐 아니라 푸드코트에서 먹는 음식도 아주 맛있었습니다. 섬투어 갈때 이동도 용이하고 몰 앞에 택시가 항시 대기 하고 있어 교통도 아주 편리 하게 이용 했습니다. 무엇보다 대형 수영장이 두개나 있어 즐겁게 이용했습니다.
