On n'y retourne pas
L'hôtel est mal insonorisé. Un conseil demander une chambre au dernier étage. Comme ça vous aurez que le bruit de l'autoroute... L'hôtel est à 15 minutes du centre-ville en voiture.

The staff nicely offer a room before the check in after learning our plane was cancelled. The pictures do not reflect well the rooms : it is way better !

nous sommes satisfait de notre chambre le seul inconvénient étant que l'on entend les voitures qui passent ( ce qui n'était pas si pire car il n'y a pas bcp de voiture) et la toilette sentait vraiment mauvais mais c'est à cause du phosphate dans l'eau. Le lit super confortable et très bon déjeuner inclut dans le prix ce qui vaut la peine en islande car la nourriture est très chère.

Odeur de souffre dès qu'on utilise eau chaude et très mauvaise isolation de la chambre face à la route. Mais on a vu des aurores boréales de la fenêtre !!!

Iceland Trip
Catarina was wonderful she was able to assist us with questions and our early check in arrival. There is also a wonderful Italian pizza place around the corner ate there 4 times during our stay. Tour pick ups do not pass by there :( we had to pay for taxi pickups and drop offs

After a stay in downtown Reykjavik, where parking was a struggle after every outing... we chose to find a hotel with free parking for our 2nd Icelandic stopover. Nice quiet twin room with generous bath & walk-in shower. Easy drive to town, NW for sightseeing, or E to airport. 24/7 desk opened the bar for consolation drink when we struck out with Northern lights and returned after midnight. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and adequate, not noteworthy.

Extremely good staff
We enjoyed our stay very much. The front desk staff was the most helpful and friendly of any hotel I’ve ever stayed. They were like a personal concierge. They called for transportation and made numerous recommendations for food and activities. They were also happy to answer our many questions.

Comfortable and good service
Room was clean and comfortable. It was small but that is usually the norm in Iceland, and the room had all I needed so nothing to complain. Free parking, convenient location for those with cars. 24hrs front desk which is appreciated, service was very good and breakfast had a good selection. I will definitely come back

We were a little surprised at how outdated the room was. It seemed clean, but all the furniture and fixtures were very old. There was a pipe sort of thing protruding from the wall in the bathroom that they had wrapped with duct tape. Breakfast was really good! The staff was nice.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Free car park on site. It’s a good place to stay if you have a car and want a bigger room with free car park compared to P1 zone accommodation. It’s common to have water with sulphur in Iceland.
