« We stayed at the property for 6 nights around New Year's and enjoyed it greatly. It's a very spacious Alpine style chalet with exposed wooden beams and other structural elements which gives it that distinct feel of a cozy ski getaway. Essentially, you get bedrooms and other living spaces on four (!!!) levels three of which are designed in a cascading open concept style. Very neat! The location within the Big White resort is nearly perfect - steps from the main village and just across from a ski...

« Very nice unit with lots of space for families. Kitchen had spices, plenty of dishes/cutlery, crockpot, coffee maker, etc. Need a vehicle for little ones or grandparents to get to Happy Valley parking lot to get up to Village. Otherwise, it's a hike. Ski out to runs is easier than ski in...have to take off skis to cross a road. View from hot tub is fantastic »

« I can speak for my group of 11 and say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The booking info was accurate and I’d actually say we were pleasantly surprised upon showing up. The hosts were always fast to respond and it was evident they wanted to be of service and wanted us to have a good time. There is perfect access to a chairlift, and you can ski right back to the back door. I would stay here again. »

« We had a wonderful time at Toka Pines over Christmas week. The house was spacious and clean with comfy and cozy beds. Access to the lifts was super easy and we really enjoyed Big White - hope to make it back someday! »
