« My room was fully remodelled, brand new. »

« We loved the location and truly appreciated the recently remodeled bathrooms, but there were definitely some drawbacks. First, the air conditioning unit, which appeared to be pretty new, was quite loud. Every time it cycled off or on throughout the night it woke us up. Second, the window coverings didn’t block enough light which led to lots of daylight coming in at the crack of dawn (roughly 5 am in June). »

« I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just...

« There was an exhaust noice all night Don’t know where it came from I had booked a quadruple room and got a double bed. Rm 33 Phones the front desk and they wanted to charge me either a new room because then I would be late???? Or charge me me another 100 to move to a different room. I paid for the quadruple so should have gotten it. And there has been no adjustment to my credit card for the smaller room. If I paid for a bigger room. I should have gotten it Also dirty tub. Realize...
