« The property was fun. Baby animals with a country setting. Property was quiet, with nice decor. We had a hiccup with getting check in info and accuracy with check in time and bed size that were on the listing, but the bed itself was comfortable.The TV was a bit too far away from the bed to be able to see channels and info, and had to be turned up fairly loud to hear it, but luckily the room is off the side of the house as to hopefully not disturb the owners.The room had a very strong cleaning...

« We stayed here for a month. What a gem! Having a washer and dryer was a great convenience, the dishwasher was an added bonus. We ride a side by side on the mountain trails in the area. Monroe has so many amenities, grocery store, post office, gas station, and a Family Dollar. Easy access to all the trails. Pet friendly, our little guy enjoyed the large yard and grass! We will definitely return. »

« The property was very nice, comfortable and fun. It was great to come back from hiking and rock hounding to comfortable accomodations, pickleball, and a hot tub. The linens and furniture were all comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen had a good selection of standard cooking necessities. Mary was responsive and friendly. The home clearly has a lot of thought put into comfort and aesthetic decor. Great place to stay and will definitely look for availability here on our next trip to Capitol Reef! »

« Overall, everything was great….but the stay was not without some issues. Firstly, there was no dishwasher. With a house of this size, that sleeps as many people as it does, we were constantly having to hand wash dishes and pans. Also, the A/C did not cool the house well. If you use the oven, forget about the house cooling at all.
