Chambre 507 dernier étage juste à côté d'un vieux climatiseurs qui nous a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. Isolation phonique des fenêtres plus que moyen. Climatisation interne impossible à régler. Par contre excellent restaurant avec un chef de première qualité.

Ethnotel, Kolkata is a very nice property close to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata, India. The rooms are good, staff members are very helpful. The quality of food and beverages from the in-property restaurant is pretty good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to stay close to the Kolkata International Airport.

It is a decent hotel. But our bathroom was not practical, when taking a shower everything became wet. And it took a little while to have hot water. But I have had worse hotels.

I missed a few basic things in this hotel. The bathroom had no space near the basin to keep anything, the drainage was poor so the water from the shower would flow into the toilet area and no toilet roll holder - a first for me! I would have expected a safe in the hotel but there was none - not in the rooms nor at the reception to keep the valuables. Overall, a poor 3 star!

Exceptional. This hotel has a class (period). Very neat and clean property, nice and friendly stuff, well decorated rooms. Food in the breakfast doesn't have the most amazing buffet lineup, but it won't leave one hungry, for sure. Lots of options and to top the buffet spread it also has a made to order dosa and omelette counter. Dinner menu pretty nice as well, they don't offer buffet but their made to order menu has tons of varieties and items are tasteful - their chicken tikka and fish tikka from the appetizer menu is a must try. And for vegetarians, crispy corn is a wise choice. From entry menu, their fish delicacy is worth a mention and ofcourse don't forget to try the sweet yogurt. Ohh and the stuffs make the food tastes even better with the splendid care. Aside from food, hotel's room service needs a mention as well. They ensured our room is sparkling clean every morning, and never forgot to refill the bottled water. Front desk is accommodating, ask for something above and beyond - they would do their best. Ethnotel, many thx! For everything.

Very good hotel
Just stayed one night because of the near location to the airport. There is nothing to complain about, the hotel is well organized, airport shuttle was possible (c.a. 200 Rupees), the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and attentive.

Very nice hotel very close to Kolkata Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport. They also provide transportation with a reasonable charge to and from the airport. Also there isan restaurant which is of pretty good standard, also in room dining is available. I highly recoomend this prioperty for people willing to stay close to the airport )espacially if you have very early morning and late night flight schedules).

They took quite long to help fix the wifi connection. Bed was not comfortable ... seems too old & well used.

Driver took me to Airport was very very rude. One point driver was saying he was doing me favour that he taking me to Airport @ that time of night. I said I paid for that service, he is not taking me free.That's why I was not happy with this service.
