Mis à part les installations un peu vieillissantes et la plage pas très propre Tout était très bien Mention spéciale au personnel d’une très grande gentillesse, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très bon .

L hotel est extrêmement paisible vue sur la mer pour la chambre 102 extra, petit déjeuner tres bien , complet et tres varié, diner à theme certains soir, seafood barbecue , mention particulière pour les pizzas juste fabuleuses et les cocktails de grande qualités ,happy hours de 6.00 à7.00'pm . Le personnel est tjs souriant et d une grande gentillesse et serviabilite. Bref un sejour inoubliable, à recommander sans hésitation .

Hôtel possédant une très belle plage.
Tout le confort dans la villa avec piscine privée. Petit bémol les deux petit lits ajoutés dans la chambre ne sont pas top. Je recommande la villa pour 2 adultes mais pas pour 4. Personnel aux petits soins.

La disponibilité du personnel était vraiment top! Pour le reste très très moyen. La propreté laisse a désiré, dans la chambre ainsi que sur la plage. Le nettoyage quotidien dans la chambre était presque inexistant.5 étoiles pour la disponibilité des personnes, pour le reste un 3 étoiles. L'état général de l'hotel mérite un grand grand rafraîchissement.

Très bonne option sur Samui !
Un hôtel de très bon niveau, calme, facile d'accès. Belle plage quasi privée, peu pratique pour nager mais superbe vue et parfaite pour se relaxer. Les garden pool suites sont très bien. Bon restaurants et bons cocktails.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'équipe est vraiment très attentionnée, souriante et serviable. La chambre est très spacieuse et agréable avec une piscine sur la terrasse. Un gâteau a même été commandé pour l'anniversaire de mon compagnon. La(les) piscines sont magnifiques avec vue sur la mer. Vous pourrez aussi prendre le petit déjeuner au bord de l'eau le pied ! C'était vraiment un SUPER séjour !

Superbe hôtel ! Prix européens.
- Le personnel était exceptionnel, amical et poli, à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes. - La chambre était magnifique, la piscine est belle et agréable, toutes les infrastructures ont une très bonne finition, et la salle de fitness a l'airconditionné! - Le petit déjeuner (compris dans notre formule) était très agréable. - Service taxi gratuit tous les jours à 14h pour allez à Chaweng (ville) et 18h retour à l'hôtel. - Beaucoup de possibilités d'activités proposées par l'hôtel. Malheureusement le prix était beaucoup trop élevé (plus cher que ces activités ne le seraient en Europe). - Il y a 3 restaurant et un service de chambre, mais les prix sont beaucoup trop élevés, et nous avons préféré sortir de l'hôtel et manger dans des petits restaurants à proximité qui sont excellents et ont un bien meilleur rapport qualité/prix. - Calme, serrein, tout respire la paix dans cette hôtel, et cela nous a bien reposé.

Grande chambre agréable
Hotel de bonne catégorie.Difficile a trouver quand on circule par ses propres moyens.Ecriteau sur la toute principale de petite taille et non éclairé !!! La plage est petite mais très calme. en revanche cette dernière est remplie de grosse pierres qui ne facilite pas l'accès à l'eau.Le personnel est professionnel et serviable. Le fait que chaque villa soit équipé d'un petit bassin est un plus mais de la à dire piscine privée cela est vraiment exagéré.Le petit déjeuner est composé d'une formule bizarre qui est composé d'un petit plateau et d'un plat à la carte. L'hotel est assez proche des commodités de Chaweng et de l'aéroport tout en restant au calme.

3 jours inoubliables
Akaryn Samui est un hôtel très calme, reposant, beau qui aspire à la tranquillité et au bien être. On cherchait vraiment un endroit où se poser, profiter du soleil et juste faire quelques ballades tranquilles aux alentours. Note Globale à 4 et non pas à 5 juste pour les environs ( obligé de prendre la navette ou un taxi pour le petit centre ville ) . Le personnel est vraiment à notre écoute ( changement de chambre de dernière minute pour satisfaire au mieux notre besoin d'intimité et de calm encore MERCI ). En bref, nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir!

Très belles villas et bonnes prestations. Plage un peu petite mais propre. Très bon hotel cependant notre séjour a été gâché par des travaux de construction... Bruits de perceuse et autres à 6h du matin. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail :) . Situé à 10 minutes du centre(chaweng).

L'hotel présente une infrastrucutre agréable, le seul bémol serait que le personnel manque cruellement de professionnalisme. Ils sont tous charmants, et souriants, nous ressentons leur envie de satisfaire les clients mais les limites sont là.... Les connaissances en anglais sont également limitées, nombreux sont ceux qui prétendent avoir compris mais ce n'est pas le cas....donc souvent il est nécessaire de reprendre avec eux, au risque dans le cas contraire de rester longtemps à attendre un service. Manque également de matériel, tel que des transats, les lieux mériteraient d'être mieux exploités.....

Hôtel sublime et de taille humaine, avec petits bungalows disséminés dans un joli jardin, chambres très vastes et joliment décorées, literie de qualité, jacuzzi extérieur personnel extra sur grande terrasse, plage privé (très très rare à Samui), piscines à débordement magnifiques, excellente restauration, staff très professionnel et très souriant . Une impression de mise en place en cours (hésitations pour la formule du petit déjeuner...). Un défaut principal : les rochers immergés faisant de la natation en mer un exercice périlleux (mon pied n'a pas encore cicatrisé..). Un petit défaut : les tarifs exorbitants (pour la Thaïlande) des taxis pour aller et revenir de Chaweng ou autre. Mieux vaut louer un scooter ! Un séjour inoubliable, hôtel à recommander +++

Das Hotel bzw es sind ja nur Villen sind natürlich schon etwas älter vor allem die kleineren , aber es wird hier alles top gepflegt und so sauber gehalten das dies einem nicht stört. Man hat eine so tolle Privatsphäre das man glaubt man ist ganz alleine. Das einzige was man hört ist wenn die Russen oben in ihren Mega Villen feiern aber sie hören echt um Mitternacht auf und man weiss schon vorher Bescheid da es eine App gibt wo man alle bestellen und regeln kann. Der Garten ist so wunderschön. Das Frühstück war sensationell reichlich Auswahl und man kann es direkt am Meer geniessen wenn man will. Wir werden wieder kommen.

5 STAR!!!
Beautiful boutique resort away from the busy areas but near enough in a taxi to restaurants etc. the private beach was really unspoiled and the resort was in very good condition. The rooms were very spacious and beds large with comfortable mattresses. The staff were absolutely amazing they couldn’t do enough for us. Food was good too! The only downside was there wasn’t enough sunbeds at times around the pool. I would definitely recommend the SAii and return there in the future.

Beachfront Not worth it
We had a 7 night stay at Saii, we booked a beachfront room and the next day down graded to a deluxe pool room. The beachfront room pool was small and very un inviting. Next room pool double the size they even put a big sandstone box in the pool to make it easier for me to get in out. The whole room was so much better and newer. nothing to much trouble for the staff our shower blocked and flooded the bathroom they came straight away all cleaned up. Food here is beautiful thank goodness as it’s a long walk to anything else. All staff fantastic thank you Ink, Phi Phi, & Tania. Boss in the restaurant and all the restaurant staff spot on. I think you really need a scooter here if you are not content to sit around.

Super gepflegte Anlage. Wir hatten eine Villa am Strand. Der Rasen war leider etwas vertrocknet und man hat natürlich schon ein bisschen die Abnutzung dieser Villa gesehen. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass der Pool regelmäßiger sauber gemacht wird. Durch einen Baum, der direkt über unserer Villa stand, hatten wir leider täglich Blätter auf unserer Veranda. Das Personal ist super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Jeder Gast hat eine App, in der man alles bestellen und auch mit der Rezeption chatten kann. Das Thai Essen war wirklich außergewöhnlich lecker, das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Anlage.

The beach is pretty dirty the price of the room is high for the area you expect a top of the top service and quality which unfortunately doesn’t meet expectation the “pool” room is a plundge barely usable. We paid for upgrade even tho our status should get free upgrade and we were told the hotel is “ booked out” which it wasn’t. The new room was nice but strong odor in shower. Paint on the curtain. And when I ask for front desk for a laundry pick up 5 min from Hotel I was told it wasn’t possible. Oh also I was charge 500 THB for an hotel transfer which is a 7 min ride worth 200thb at max. We stayed in the saii Koh phi phi expérience was way nicer.

The standard of this hotel was wonderful and if it wasnt for the fact that our agent managed to get us a room upgrade with large pool, we would have been really disappointed. Mainly the fact that the pictures of the beach are not what they appear to be! The hotel beach is very rocky, lots of stones and uninviting. If you’re looking for a beach hotel with soft sand and tourquoise sea, then this is not what you will find here. The main pools are very small too and believe they would have looked more inticing if they had a lighter colour tile, it would have been more attractive. The location is taxi/shuttle ride away from the main strip. The hotel offer a shuttle for THB100 per person each way at selected times to Cheweng which is where you find lots of action and plenty of restaurants. Grateful that this option was available. The breakfast is very repative with no changes to what's on offer at all. In terms of resort restaurants, there is only the one and although they offer themed food nights, the food was fresh but could have had more flavour. Staff however, are lovely, friendly, very approacable and try to do their best to make you happy. If I return to Koh Samui, would choose a location with a nicer beach.

super nice, quiet hotel. though a little bit ran down (private pool could be in a bit better shape as well as the furniture and beds - but that’s normal after some years) - nevertheless we enjoyed our stay totally. also to mention the super nice and attentive staff all around the hotel.
