« Perfect for someone visiting but I prefer a place with a kitchen. Claw tub with shower is not my thing, but it works with a lot of hot water. »

« It is a great unit for privacy as this unit is detached from he main house. Nice view from the balcony. Newly renovated bathroom. Host, Stephen was extremely kind and welcoming. Communication was very good. He was very responsive with any questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again. »

« In Kodiak for work. Needed to extend. Kathy was awesome. Since checking out I stayed at 2 other VRBO that charged more and offered much less. great place to stay, quiet and great location. This will be my go-to spot in Kodiak in the future.. »

« The place was very comfortable and clean. It was very nice to be able to cook meals and do laundry. Had everything we needed to have a great stay while visiting Kodiak for the first time. Yung was very responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process. Way better than staying at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here when in Kodiak. »

« The building was a little run down. But the location was nice. The apartment was clean and cozy. The manager was great with information and checking in. »

« I stayed here on a work trip and my wife and 1 year old tagged along. Stephen was quick to respond to our needs. We were in need of something every night with the little one. Place was clean and warm with the space heater. There was a extra twin bed we used for the little one. We were also able to rent a truck for the trip which was great to get out an see some bears. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It is conveniently located near downtown and the harbor and has a great view of the water from the back porch. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Kodiak. »
