We had our hallway carpets shampooed recently so I am unsure of what odor you smelled. We will check into this matter today. Should you get a cell phone or magnet near room keys they will deactivate, this may have been why your keys did not work. Thank you for your review.

We use a special cleaner on our tubs, obviously we did not do a good job in cleaning the tub in your room. I am not sure why you were woken at 9am but will check into the issue and find out why. Thank you for your review.

I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. Our front desk staff processes the hotel laundry but they do have a camera to see if anyone is at the front desk. I am sorry you felt no one was attending the front desk. Did you mention bugs to anyone. We would have gladly offered you a different room. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for your review. We have since received a shipment and replaced the sofa bed mattress. I apologize that it needed to be replaced. It is difficult to pull out all the sofa beds, it did not appear to be broken. Thank you again for staying with us.

It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your stay and mention the issues you had upon checking out. We have signage showing the phone number to call, unfortunately since your cell phone was not working it seems you were unable to call the Manager on Duty for assistance. Our front desk opens at 7am until 11pm so I am unsure why you were unable to speak to the Front Desk Agent. We never give a master key to any guest, we reprogram a key specifically for each guest room room.

I am so sorry your towel rack found but happy you mentioned it when you checked out so that it could be repaired. During peek times it does take several minutes for hot water to reach rooms towards the end of the building, I am so sorry your traveling companion experienced this. We will check the temperature on our boiler to insure it is at the highest temperature possible. Thank you for your review.

I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Was their something wrong with your room? Our front desk physically closes at 11pm, however, a phone number is posted for the GSR's on property to assist guests as needed.

Carlos, we are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We are a limited service hotel, we clean our stayover rooms every two weeks. As far as being told to speak to the day manager, I do not recall speaking to you in regards to any of the issues you stated. It is possible you spoke to someone else, that response from anyone working here is unacceptable. I will speak to the staff about this matter. Thank you for letting us know.
