10mn a pied du centre ville. Personnel peu agréable. En revanche, très propre.

For the cost of a nights stay, valet parking at $35.00 per night was unacceptable. The bathroom wall paper was peeling and the black doors were dusty. The bed was comfortable!!

The property isn’t nearly as nice as it was a couple years ago and the staff needs some additional training. The hallway wasn’t vacuumed in the 3 days we were there despite obvious piles of crumbs. The bath needed to be re-caulked and deep cleaned. The room itself and the bed were fine, and the exercise room was nicely equipped. The front desk staff was condescending and wouldn’t answer questions about parking and the facilities directly. The valet would sit reading his phone when you drove up (there’s no real alternative to the valet and it’s outrageously $35 per night). We were really disappointed and will look for a different place next time we visit Knoxville.

Amazing hotel that feels like it’s been recently renovated and has a boutique feeling. All front desk staff and the valet team were all welcoming, always smiling, and attentive. Our king room felt large with an excellent mattress and pillows that gave us a superior quiet sleep. Refrigerator works like it should too! Definitely would return.

Staying at The Cumberland allowed us to be able to walk not only the campus but also easily walk to restaurants. Very “boutique”/unique decor that had history to Knoxville’s textile industry from years past. Loved our stay- the balcony room was great:)

Hotel was nice enough, but get ready to add 35 bucks per day for valet parking, which is the only parking available. Front of the hotel sometimes turns into a clusterf**k.

The Cumberland House was beautiful. It was so clean, quiet, so thoughtfully and historically decorated. It was just stunning. My husband is a designer and he really enjoyed the thoughtfulness behind the aesthetics. We tried the signature drink, which was delicious. Paula helped us check in and she was just the friendliest and most helpful, adorable person. We loved our room on the top floor. We slept well and enjoyed all the amenities. We could easily walk to dinner downtown and the theater and back. The World's Fair Park is right by the hotel and the river and park and everything around it was wonderful and so easy to access. 10/10 will stay there again next time we are in Knoxville!

All parking is Valet only. We were charged $20 every time we parked and an additional $35 for overnight parking. Over $100 just for parking! There are no parking lots nearby to park in. In the past we stayed and paid $20 for parking for our whole stay of 4 nights.

Hello Justin. We only charge 35 nightly for parking, we do not charge for coming and going. More than one night of parking was added to your reservation erroneously but that has been fixed. I went ahead and sent you a copy of your receipt through email.

The room was great. The staff was great, and the check-in process was easy. The only drawback is valet Parking is pretty much your only option. It’s not cheap.
