« Warm welcome and a clean and comfortable room in this friendly guest house a short walk from central Penrith. Great advice on transport from the owner and delicious breakfast served in our room. Nothing more needed for a relaxing stay. »

« Excellent breakfasts, well organised.
Room clean and welcoming.
Only issue was the parking which was a bit of a lottery »

« The room was gorgeous and Sue is the kindest person. Lots of attention to detail and the little things that make your stay special. One issue was low water pressure in the shower due to a temperamental electric device that runs the shower head. »

« We arrived to a lovely friendly greeting from Suruchi, we were given a walk around of the property, offered information on things to do and places to go. We chose this as a central location that was dog friendly for the three of us to stay.
Nice location, nice property and the room was clean and tidy. Would definitely use this property again on another stay in the lakes.
Thank you for making our 4 night stay so memorable. »
