Check out the Shingle Creek Regional Park, Kissimmee Go-Karts, House Of Blues Orlando, and a wide variety of shopping centers and local cuisine, all located less than 10 miles away from your stay. Enjoy the convenience of reaching Disney without having to take the I-4, saving you 25 minutes of travel time!

Inside you'll find ample natural lighting, cozy furnishings, and other great amenities like a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. The main living area is large enough for the whole family to sprawl out in. Enjoy tuning into a movie night on the provided TV. And whip up a delicious treat in the adjacent kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar.

All five bedrooms have been carefully decorated with vibrant pops of color and homey touches. The kids will love the themed bedrooms as they spot some of their favorite Disney characters, and dream about their upcoming park adventures.

Early morning coffees and mid-afternoon swims in the pool and spa can be enjoyed all from the privacy of your own screened-in patio, which overlooks the peaceful community lake. After a day full of activity, prepare a meal on the grill for your family and find yourself lounging in the large soaking tub, or on your private balcony reminiscing a sweet day of love and laughter.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disappointing

We were given an incorrect gate entry and the door entry code didn’t work. The property is not well maintained. We had 5 smoke alarms not working. Hair dryers not provided until 2 days before our departure. We were there 15 days. Pool heat was not working until 3 days before departure. The spa was broken. Large TV in family room was broken. Fridge door had no shelves. Response from owner is terrible. The owner does not seem to care or respect renters. Air traffic is quite noisy. There is a pond behind the property that was lovely. You will need to bring your own loungers since the property has none. This vacation was a gift for our family. It was frustrating and disappointing.

Never ending problems

The pictures are very deceiving. The house has a lot of potential. It gives off a dingy vibe. We've had issues from day one. 1. When we entered the house we were met at the door with a roach. 2. The house is infested with flies. We had to go out and buy bug spray and fly swatters. 3. The downstairs tub was dirty. 4. The refrigerator would not get cold. Luckily the freezer still worked. Later the refrigerator started leaking. 5. The house was not cleaned properly. Socks were found in the couch. Hair on the floors. The ceiling fans look like they're growing fur. 6. The jacuzzi did not work. 7. The ice maker did not work. We had to go buy ice for the entire 5 day stay. 8. When I reported the issues the customer service agent I talked to asked me to take a picture of the refrigerator not cooling. I just found that ridiculous so I mentioned it. 9. When I mentioned the refrigerator, it seemed like I was brushed off. I mentioned that we had about $500 worth of food that we didn't want to spoil and I was instructed to take pictures of the food to prove it. 10. I spent the first 2 days of my vacation talking to customer service about my issues and nothing was rectified. Someone was sent out to the house but nothing was fixed. The refrigerator only started getting cold when we moved the setting to the coldest possible temperature and it still was not very cold. This has been by far my worst experience in a vacation rental. The only compensation that was offered was $100 refund.

Decent for the price with room for improvement

Overall it was a comfortable stay for five people. The company needs to ensure it knows that everything works properly before renting it out though. For cleanliness, we found multiple cockroaches throughout our four day stay. They were primarily caught in the kitchen, kitchen ceiling, and the laundry room leading to the garage. The pool was not cleaned and had a strong straight chlorine smell. The air conditioner filters were disgusting and most likely had not been changed in well over a year if not way longer then that and the air quality was not the greatest. Amenities within the house were very basic. No dish towels were provided for drying dishes which surprised me. The ice machine for the refrigerator was completely frozen through and consistently leaked water on the floor. The washing machine leaked water when we used it on the last day for the first time. And the water filter in the fridge needs replaced as the water status showed red and had a weird taste causing us to go buy bottled water. Overall the house was good but it could easy be improved to make it a more comfortable and cleaner stay.

Good for Families but not many extras

Let me start by saying my party was a bunch of 70+ guys in to visit NASA and watch a rocket launch. The accommodations were absolutely fine, but if we had wanted to cook we would not have been able with the few pots and utensils on property. Additionally, the small Keurig was not adequate for a group of all adults and there was no hair dryer. I can see if your party is in for Disney or Universal this would have been a perfect place to stay as the rooms are comfy and there's plenty of space.

Our family Disney trip

Before arrival we had read prior reviews and called Vacasa to discuss them. One being a huge ant infestation. We were assured that it was handled. When we arrived at the home it was very clear the ants were absolutely everywhere. In the beds, in the couches, all over food in seconds. Just all over the home. We called and they had someone to the home to care for the ants first thing in the morning. The pest control man was incredibly professional and great. We had no more ants after this. My second issue was the “hot tub”. This listing mentions a hot tub, references relaxing in it. A hot tub does NOT exist. Do not be fooled like me into paying an additional per day fee to heat the hot tub. You just get access to a timer to allow heat into the pool. I felt very deceived when I arrived and saw this. I would have never spent as much as I did on a timer to add heat to a pool in Florida. It was not necessary. I booked this home because I wanted a hot tub. Bummed. The home itself is well loved, more so then the photos but still in great condition. We loved the space, the location, and the outdoor area. We enjoyed the neighborhood & watching animals in the pond outback. Everything about the home was perfect.

Very Disappointed. House was infested with tons of ants

This is our honest review after staying here. We were very excited to book this stay for our vacation. We picked this house for the location on how close it was to Disney. The size of the house and the many amenities especially the pool sold us. Here were the pros and cons **THE CONS Ants, Ants, and more Ants!!!! ALL 5 bedrooms and the black futon on the loft upstairs were infested with ghost ants!! Tiny ants you can see clearly moving all over the sinks, all the tables, the headboard, the dressers. They were everywhere! These ants will climb all over you and your belongings. They were all over our clothes, bags and suit cases. We took so many videos and try to send to the host. They weren’t even surprised we told them about it! They just said “send pics and we can talk to our staff about it”. We tried over and over to contact someone but we got nowhere. We had no choice but to stay since we had a whole family of 10 who we already flew in for the weekend. This was already added in our budget and had no more funds to book anywhere else. The Pool did not look clean. Had so many dead bugs and even green algae in some parts of the pool. Also don’t expect to use the hot tub with bubbles, there’s an extra charge for that The dining table in the kitchen we could not use. Every time we put food on the table , the ants would appear. **THE PROS Location Easy to check in and check out The house has plenty of room and bathrooms New kitchen stove and microwave

Exterior was good. Interior was a disaster. Sticky floors, garbage on one of the dressers downstairs, broken chairs, holes in the drywall. dirty carpet, etc., etc. Would not recommend Vacasa.

Family Weekend

The house provided the space needed for our family. The bedrooms are nicely themed and they had offerings of soap, shampoo and conditioner. They provided more than one garbage bag and dishwasher pod which was greatly appreciated. The house is centrally located to the Orlando attractions.
