Experience a relaxing vacation at Pride Rock, a spacious and beautiful villa located in the Crescent Lakes Community. This villa has everything you need for a memorable holiday!

Accommodation

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Each bedroom has a bed with high-quality linens that ensure a good night's sleep. The home features a family room with a big flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Bathrooms

The home features 2 recently renovated full bathrooms. One is a beautiful ensuite in the master bedroom, the other is a main full bath shared with the other rooms. Please note that this vacation home is self-catering, each stay is equipped with an initial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, paper towel and garbage bags.

Additional paper products and toiletries are not provided.

Kitchen and Dining

The home has a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, knife set, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. The kitchen opens to a dining area that can seat up to 10 people.

Outdoor

Step outside and enjoy the backyard with a private screened-in heated pool.
Pool heating is available from November to May. It is not available from June to October. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of $30 USD/day.

Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to purchase the pool heating, as it takes 72 hours to heat to full temperature. Pool is heated to 84 degrees / 27 Celsius.

Pool heat upgrades will not be available after you arrive.

Pool heating is not a requirement to use the pool, it is an additional option.

Other Amenities

The home comes with high-speed internet access, a hair dryer, a washer and a dryer (laundry detergent is not provided), dishwasher, towels, and a big flatscreen TV to enjoy your favourite streaming apps.

The television is a smart-TV with various applications including (but not limited to): Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and others. To access streaming content, login with your own personal username and password from your home account. If you have any questions please contact us prior to making a reservation.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included at no additional cost and is provided by a third party company: "Spectrum".

Location

The home is located in the Crescent Lakes community, just 25 minutes from Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, and other Orlando attractions. It is just 21 minutes from Kissimmee Gateway Airport and 42 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Parking

The driveway has parking for up to 2 cars, with an additional 2 parking spaces in the Garrage.

Please be reminded of the parking rules: no overnight street parking, no parking on the Apron of the Driveway, and no RVs, trailers, boats, motor homes, campers, jet skis, or commercial vehicles. These types of vehicles cannot be accommodated because of local city ordinances and parking restrictions.


Trash

The community and the city have strict trash and recycling rules, which all residents (even short-term) must follow to avoid citations.

There is a notice posted in the property with this information. Please ensure that all trash is bagged before putting in the trash containers.

Please do not put regular household trash (including food) into the recycling bin.

• Pets are not permitted in this property.

• Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to an early check-in fee.

• Check-out time is before 10 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to a late check-out fee.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property nor around the pool area.

• Please observe quiet hours after 9 PM. Be mindful of the neighbours as this property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood.

• Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests.

• Excessive Noise: This rental is located in a residential location. Local law enforcement has quiet time from 22:00 hours (10 PM) – 07:00 hours (7 AM). Please observe this quiet time and keep noises at reduced levels.
