If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. « Excellent property . Really clean and lots of space. Really close to Disney and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. My only complaint is the communication for check in. I got message and phone call 30 mins before check in saying if I don't fill out check in form my booking would be cancelled. This really wasn't ideal as I was driving. After I did it I received so many text and emails to help with my stay. I was getting them from several different numbers. Then 3 hrs after checking out. 4...

« The condo was as described and was exactly what we needed for the week!! The overall cleanliness of the condo was just ok, the pool and pool area could use some TLC. There were small mite bugs but only in the kitchen area. The resort and the location of the condo was perfect. The beds were very comfy!! We will definitely be back to this resort! Thanks!! »

« This property was very nice for me and my family...My children and family really enjoyed the pool/view of the lake....The gated neighborhood was very nice and quiet...This home wasn't far from shopping centers like Walmart or any food restaurants...Wouldn't mind booking this home again in the future we loved it. »

« Accessible and clean »

« Really nice house and pretty good accommodations. Pool was awesome, and house and neighborhood was awesome. A few things cleanliness wise need attention. A few of the comforters were crusty and need washing. Handprints and dirt on walls, and baseboards were dirty. Lots of carpet stains upstairs. Also no broom, so being there 8 days would have been nice to have. Easy fixes, just need a little attention. All in all would for sure stay here again. »

« We had a great time at this rental house. But the cleaning crew didn’t not have the house as clean as it should have been. There was trash under the tables in the kitchen and living room and hair all over two of the bathrooms. But we brought our cleaning supplies and got it done. Over all it was a great location close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Definitely would book this home again. »

« We stayed here while doing Universal Studios for several days. The house was clean with plenty of room for the two families that stayed here (with kids ages 8, 10, 11, and 12). The resort pool and activity area was a hit for our two "down" days away from Universal. The property manager was an excellent communicator who got back to us quickly whenever we had questions. »
