Situated on the quiet neighborhood of Crescent Lakes, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home comes with private screened swimming pool with jacuzzi and is only 20 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. This home sleeps maximum 10 guests and is comfortably furnished offering free high-speed internet, gas grill, and private screened pool area.  All of the bedrooms (king master suite first floor with further King on the second floor, a queen room and one twin bedded room) are all equipped with their own TVs. Sofa bed also available. Upon entering the home, the foyer leads first to a formal dining room which accesses into a fully equipped kitchen with pots & pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, dishwasher etc. and breakfast nook.  The main family room has a large flat screen TV and overlooks the pool area. Outside you will find a good size pool deck equipped with a gas grill, sunlounges and patio table with chairs perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the fabulous balmy evenings that Florida offers. The laundry room provides a washer and dryer and a good supply of towels and linens. Guests also have access to the community playground and walking trails. Restaurants, grocery stores including a Walmart superstore, are just 10 minutes away. This is a non-smoking home. Pool heat is optional and charged separately.
