« We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described, a cozy cottage perfect for relaxing with beautiful riverfront views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the living room and main bedroom we used were comfortable, and the sun porch had great views where you could relax in the AC. The patio had a great dining table/umbrella, and the dock was perfect for fishing. Thank you for a lovely getaway cottage! »

« We booked this bayside property for a short family vacation and the house and amenities were exactly what we needed during our time at Hays Beach. There were ample bedrooms and spaces for all of us to relax, the kitchen was well appointed. The beach in front of the house was perfect for our grandson to play in a small pool while the others lounged in chairs or were in the water directly in front of the house. « just as listed on VRBO sight. house had everything we needed nice and clean. contact with everyone was quick and easy the light above the stove was out and property manager was willing to come out the following day to replace if we wanted it done. short walk to the dock for fishing and crabbing crab pots supplied. we did not have any luck fishing or crabbing but probably due to the time on year. great place to get away »

« We stayed for our Thanksgiving this year, Wednesday-Saturday. It was splendid. The house is charming, highly comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the housen is breathtaking, and there is so much yard space to enjoy outdoor activities, including the swing set up right on the tree by the back porch. My kids loved the swing! So much fun. The other outside features and accessories were also great. We had a nice fire in the firepit by the water, and did smores...

« The sunrises across the sound are incredibly amazing. If that was not enough the house has the newest appliances, great layout, and 200 plus degrees of water views from the dining room table. It is ideally located for a peaceful and restorative vacation from reality. Working remotely from the dining room table was the best location yet. Thanks for the opportunity to return to my high school regional area and deepen my appreciation for the waters I miss dearly. »
