A Cozy Country House - Family Sized w/ Game Room and Large Property!

This large, cozy, cabin-in-the-woods themed house is located in Edenwood Estates. Privately set back from the road, this 2400SF home is surrounded by 6 acres of tree-filled property, with plenty of parking. About a 3 minute drive from Hwy 401 Montreal Road exit, and approximately a 10 a minute drive to the historic downtown Kingston, it is conveniently located for your next Kingston get away!

There is a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary dishes and cutlery. The lower level has a games room with large patio doors which allows for lots of natural light. This room will keep children and adults entertained with ping-pong, foosball and air hockey tables.

There are four large bedrooms in total, two with queen beds and two with double-sized beds. The principal bedroom has a half-bathroom ensuite. On the top level, there is bright office space surrounded by windows. The house has two full bathrooms and a powder room, in which guests will be provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand towels.

In the warmer weather, relax on the deck watching the sunset or gazing at the stars. On a cool night, warm up with a blanket on the couch by the wood burning stove. There is also a second wood burning stove in the games room. One fire log is provided per stay for each stove in the cooler months (more available for purchase), in the summer a small bundle of firewood will be provided for the fire pit.
