Parker is a perfect host, the house is cozy and practical yet magnificentely decorated and greatly located, walking minutes from downtown Picton and 15 minutes by car from the Sandbanks beaches. « The house had a well stocked kitchen for dishes,etc. we did find the fridge a bit small. There were plenty of linens and towels. All the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty location. You can also park in front of the house, which we didn’t know until we unloaded our vehicles. Right next to the local store and LCBO. Wonderful coffee shop a walk away. Very pretty little town »

« L’acces à l’eau pour la baignade est difficile et le fond de l’eau n’est pas beau. Beaucoup d’algues. Pour le reste tout était parfait. Les lits confortables. La cuisine WoW. Air climatisée. 2 salles de bains complètes. La vue magnifique. La véranda avec la grande table était un plus. Par contre le jour il fait chaud la dedans. « I stayed at this cottage over the weekend, the cottage is very clean with all the amenities that would need at a cottage. The cottage is by the lake, and has the nicest view of the lake from the balcony. The owner is responsive and willing to help at any time. I’ll definitely go back there again. »

« Courtney was spot-on when she described the property in her listing. This place was PERFECT for the weekend my friends and I had planned. Unbelievable sunsets over the St. Lawrence from their HUGE entertainment deck. We were able to enjoy a campfire each night that was tended to by the property managers. « Malgré que je me sois informé avant, il avait trop peu d’eau (max 3 pieds) sous le quai et selon les voisins, les vents sont toujours fort à cet endroit. De plus, les fenêtres sont pleins de fils d’araignées, les moustiquaires sont défoncés, il y avait des poils dans les draps, ça sentait mauvais dans les salles de bain et pas de fan de salle de bain. J’ai dû relaver toute la vaisselle et ils ont laissé qu’un fond de savon à vaisselle (j’ai dû aller en acheter) et une pastille à lave-vaisselle...
