Paddle Time - Eau libre du lac LBJ avec un quai pour bateaux!

Endroit idéal pour amener votre famille et vous détendre! Belle vue par les fenêtres. La maison est située en eau libre sur le bras du Colorado du lac LBJ. Belle 4 chambres 3 salles de bain plus une maison mezzanine fournit tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une maison loin de chez vous. Le niveau principal comprend une chambre lit king-size avec une salle de bain privative et une terrasse extérieure offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac, une chambre lit queen-size et une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. La cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon et une salle de bain complète se trouvent également à ce niveau. L'étage est une mezzanine avec trois lits jumeaux et un lit gigogne. En bas se trouve un lit King, salle de bain complète et une salle de télévision. Vous pouvez profiter de tout ce que le lac a à offrir en apportant votre propre bateau ou en en louant un et en utilisant notre quai pour bateaux fourni. Le quai pour bateau comporte un cale de bateau, une zone de pêche / baignade et un pont couvert. Il existe des kayaks et autres jouets aquatiques que vous et vos invités pouvez utiliser. Si vous préférez vous accrocher à la maison, il y a des tables Air Hockey et Ping Pong et bien plus encore. Tout le monde est sûr de s'amuser! Nous espérons que vous apprécierez votre temps à Paddle Time!

Les animaux sont les bienvenus! Nous avons une zone de course de chien fermée sur le côté de la maison.

Lake front

We had an amazing time, 2nd time staying and would definitely stay again.. being lake front makes it so much easier when bringing your own boat. Private community boat ramp a few houses down is so convenient, beats having to drive across to the public ramp.

Family Easter

Great house for 3 generation stay (ages 11 to 77). Grandparents could relax with coffee or wine on the balcony and watch children and grandchildren fish and kayak, and then, play board games with all generations on the dining room table. Also great for those times when elders just wanted to rest and youngers could play in the playroom garage

We enjoyed our stay, all 11 of us! The house was great and the game room was a lifesaver for 3 teens. Had a problem with one toilet on Thkg day and a repair person arrived in 15 min! Great response.

Graduation Celebration

The location was beautiful as was the view. As promised prior to arrival we had the code in hand and were contacted daily. I took picture of the minor damages that I found to assist the property owner which consisted mainly of door dings to the wall. But other than that it was gorgeous. The neighbors were awesome as well as the allowed my children to use their slide and dive from their deck. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation. We do plan on returning some day if you will have us again.

Fabulous lake house!

Great home directly on the water. We rented a seadoo and pulled right up to our private dock. The kayaks and paddle boards made it very easy to enjoy the water. The outside patio spaces (fully adorned with patio furniture) provide great separate places to talk, pray, and commune. The only downside is the dinner table is not big enough to accommodate all of my family and without pulling all of the window shades to block the sun it was warm in the loft during our hot hot hot visit in June. The downstairs bedroom made a great cool alternative to the hot loft. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The 2nd fridge downstairs was a real bonus too. I would like to come here again.

Reunion

First time my husband and I were able to have all our family together in two years. We had a blast! The house fit all our sleeping needs and our teenage granddaughter and her older brothers loved the game room. It was a wonderful stay.

Paddle Time Fun

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Paddle Time. Our teenage kids loved the game room with the ping pong table and the Kayaks. The adults enjoyed the sunset views from the deck.

Great location and layout

There were two couples, two children, and two friends. Everyone had great personal space and the common area was great for hanging out as well. The game room is a fun bonus. We were there for New Year’s fireworks and had a really good view of them in the distance. Highly recommended!

Pretty Nice But…..

Really nice house right on the water. Very clean. The back faces west towards the water with a nice view but in this hottest of summers (it got up to 108) the living room/kitchen got pretty warm in the afternoon. The game room was nice but not air conditioned so the heat made using that problematic. The biggest issue we had was with the television sets. They were all old and so didn’t have many apps (such as Hulu+, YouTube TV, Peacock, Paramount+, etc.). Supposedly there was Direct TV or cable but it didn’t work at all on the living room TV and barely worked on the others. We were there for the water but it was so hot we were forced to spend some time inside and the lack of functioning TV’s was very annoying. Wi-Fi enabled TV’s aren’t that expensive. It would really improve the experience if the owners upgraded them. That aside, it was a nice weekend, the kids enjoyed the water, and the boat dock with lift was great. I’d recommend it if the TV issue was addressed.

Family fun

The house was perfect for our group and made our stay enjoyable. Check -in was a breeze. We couldn't have been in a more perfect spot for us. The house was clean. Our beds were comfortable. The games were enjoyable for all of us. It was very hot but the a/c kept up with the heat. We hope to come back next year.

A/C couldn’t keep up.

I’ll start with the pro’s. Beautiful home and I love the location. Boat dock was amazing. We rented the place out for Father’s Day vacation. My dad and husband loved it. Game room for the kids amazing as well. They loved the paddle boards and kayaks. Property manager very responsive. Con’s. Every day a/c would reach 80+ and it was very hot in the house. We rented it out for a full week and wasn’t able to cook in the house bc it would get to hot to fast. We are not the only renters who have had this problem bc it’s been documented in the book below living room tv. I bought a new broom bc the one that was in the house was broken and would cut you if used. Patio chairs are very worn down and my son (60 pounds) fell through a lounge chair after he got done playing in the lake. I turned on the jets in the master bathroom tub and a bunch of black gunk came out. I tried to clean so we could use it to relax but it was still dirty. Over all I really did love the house and I loved the location. It was just to hot. Hopefully the a/c thing can get fixed in the future.

Nice place but there were some issues

Pros: The location was nice and there were plenty of towels and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Cons: we paid for a location right on the water but couldn’t jump off the dock to swim or float as there was thick algae and seaweed. This could have been cleaned up. We were told that there was 8-10 feet of water at the end of the boat launch, it was only 3 feet and we brought our own boat based on that information. The kids were excited to play ping pong in the game room but no ping pong balls were provided.
