Door looked like someone attempted to kick it in so you could see the outside from the inside of the room. The bathroom had pee on the walls. The toilet haf grime and nastiness around the base. The bathroom floor had mold. We put a towel on the ground to step out onto after the shower and the wet towel was black from the dirt on the ground indicating it has not been cleaned. Light sockets were dirty faded. After driving for hours to get there, we checked in and we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes as their system updated so we could get our key. We asked if we could sit in the lobby being that we have been in the car for hours and was told no the lobby is closed. Not like we paid money to stay there or anything. Then we were told there's a deposit and it's on the website. I said no, it's not anywhere on the website and you have our card we've already paid. We were told that's just the room charge. There's a deposit of $60. So being exhausted at 11:00 we gave the deposit but seems sort of scammy. Granted they did give me the deposit back when I checked out but this should be included prior to being led to drive to the location and then slapped in the face with a new stipulation. I booked on Expedia and didn't find anything about this listed. Expedia definitely should put this on the listing so people aren't misled. Financial times are tight and some people don't have an extra $60 to let them hold overnight while you sleep in the room you've already paid for.

Looked like the location was under going a management change. Personnel at the reception desk and morning staff for breakfast was all l had the opportunity to speak with and observe. The staff is great. However I was concerned there was no knowledge of the drain clog in the bathtub of room 114. Needs time to complete whatever change over is going on. Have to be back again next month. It’ll be interesting to see if there are any improvements.

Room was disgusting
When we first arrived, the room looked decent but upon further settling in, it became obvious that there was very little cleaning actually done. There was blood on one of the beds sheets, trash in the bathroom and whenever you walked on the floor it turned your feet or socks black from filth.

The property wasn’t bad for the price. The staff wasn’t great. On day 2 of 4 they went into my room and disconnected the heating element in the air conditioner. They also removed the used towels from the sleeping area, refolded them and put them Back in the bathroom. The only reason I would return is because it’s work travel and I had a rate of $35 per night.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD MANAGEMENT
I booked this room and it did say non refundable however there should of been a word UNLESS in there. Got to the hotel and mind you I am disabled. I called ahead of time to let the lady know I was not able to walk and needed a down stairs room. I am in a wheelchair and barley able to walk. My husband went in there to pay for the room. It was really bad weather and we needed sleep after coming 4 hours to see family. The lady told him he could not pay that I would have to come in to pay and show id. He explained to her my condition and said he was my husband and showed his id We have the same last name, She demanded that I come in or she couldn't give him the room. I was parked right in front and she was able to see me in the car. No kind of customer service. I went in there and she asked how I was doing . I told her not good being she made me walk in knowing the issue. She said to me before you take this room can you walk steps. I told her NO and why are you asking? She said cause the room is upstairs. I said no we talked on the phone and you said the room will be down stairs and everything would be fine. She said I can give you a down stairs for an upgrade. I said listen I cant stand for a long period of time and I want the room I requested and you said I could get it after booking online. She explained that it is not possible. I said then in that case I need a refund due to not meeting my needs. She said that she could not give me a refund because it was non-refundable.
